Gagged on the mochas. Just what we needed......yet another big chain coffee house. What happened to supporting small business owners....the single moms trying to make ends meet??? Their coffee isn't even good. My daughter brought me a mocha, and I couldn't even finish it. It was sooooo bad. It was gritty, grainy and chalky. On top of that...the coffee tasted burnt. I asked what they put in the "kahlua mochas"... I was told it was "irish cream syrup". Then it should be called an Irish cream mocha....right???....She didn't know that they made Kahlua syrup!! There is a small place near by that makes the best mochas....hands down. I'll never go back to the bean....

First of all, thanks for taking the time to send us feedback regarding our service. Without people like you to tell us how we?re doing we wouldn?t know where we need to improve. I am truly sorry about your experience with the quality of your drinks.
We do take the quality of drinks we serve as our highest priority, so we are trying to find out what happened during this situation and will correct any training/quality issues that may have happened during your unfortunate incident. All of our baristas at The Human Bean are put through many hours of identical, rigorous training before they are allowed to serve drinks to customers and I am confident we do everything we can to ensure high quality, consistent drinks to every customer. We also test the calibration of our equipment every day to ensure quality pours, so if we ever notice our machines producing poor quality shots we have it fixed immediately.

A real find!. This place is great! Not only is it kid friendly with Italian sodas and small versions of hot cocoa for kids, but the service is good too. The coffee, for anyone whose into coffee, is second to Longbottom Cafe in Hillsboro. This place is a nice treat for you if you're looking for a sweet and a coffee. They're open 7 days a week and the hours are accommodating for shoppers. Don't miss it if you can. A real boon to Hillsboro commerce.

A hidden gem. This cozy place is a gem where you might not expect to find one. The atmosphere is relaxing and warm, and the coffee drinks are great (I had a green tea smoothie... excellent). Our family went there and there were plenty of things to do for the kids... games, coloring books. I highly recommend it as a first-time poster.
