I received prompt service. This was the first time I used them and was very pleased that I didn't have to take my car somewhere. My problem turned out to be replacing the coil and tightening some spark plugs. I paid $85. Is it high? Probably. But I paid for the convenience of having them come to my home, and knowing full well that either I would have them do the work or have someone else do it. It took less than 30 minutes and plus they were half an hour early. I do plan on using them again.
