Fantastic facial and massage! I discovered this place after purchasing a Groupon in December - and I am so glad I did. The massage was very relaxing, and Laura recommended a wonderful skin care regimen after my facial and my skin has never looked better. I can't wait to go back!

Scott. Until I found Scott, my hair looked chopped after every cut I ever got! He is so talented and really knows hair. If he can cut my hair, he can cut yours to look amazing! I get so many compliments and I feel so polished! Thanks, Scott.

Great service beautiful salon. This salon is wonderful. It's located in a convenient place but when you walk in you're in a different world. Great space, Tamara gives my curly hair terrific style and sassy color, and the coffee and drink bar is such a lovely treat. A gem in inner Southeast.

I love this place.. I've been coming here for a while now and have had the best service. The staff are super friendly and always have cute hairdo's and nails.

I have long blonde, thin, mega straight hair that has always looked flat and gets a grody dirty blonde color in the winter. I used to dread getting my hair done at other places, my hair would get cut too short or thinned, or the highlights would end up looking obvious.

Ever since I started coming to Venus and getting my hair done by Lindsey, it's totally changed! My highlights look so natural nobody knows I get it done (yay!) and she magically adds texture to my flat hair so I feel like a beach babe.

She also uses wonderful all natural (and vegan!) products on my hair that work so well, I had to take some home with me...and I normally just use Dr. Bronners or whatever I can find.

I've also had the gel polish manicure from Michelle and Lindsey and it's awesome. The first time I had it done it lasted almost a month! Today I had them done again and I'm so happy with them.

So ya, love this place!

Lindsey... best ever!!!. I had my hair done by Lindsey and I love it! She did a full highlight and cut and I couldn't be happier. When I went in, I had no idea what color would look good, but she made it happen and gave me exactly what I wanted! I knew exactly what I wanted with the cut... and she really did a good job in personalizing and making it workable for me. I highly recommend Lindsey!!!

The salon itself was absolutely adorable. I have never met such friendly and open staff at a salon (they are usually always so uppity, especially at nice ones like Venus Allure) but there is a great sense of luxury and friendliness that I think is hard to find. It was a real treat to go there!

Nathan is the best!!!. Nathan cuts my hair and he is very meticulous. He definitely wants to know what you are looking for but is also not afraid to do what he thinks is best. Reasonable prices, good location and clean salon make this a great place! Can't wait to go back!

Staff is exceptional!! Atmosphere is inviting. Word of mouth is all the advertising Venus Allure needs! Anyone who recieves any service from the wonderful staff will undoubtedly refer friends to come check it out. I know I will!

Tranquility at its Finest. Each time I walk through the doors I am immediately impressed by the Serenity of the Salon. I have been to many different Salons in the greater Portland area and have never felt so Welcomed and Comfortable as I do at Venus. In the capable hands of Jina the color and cut is always perfect and easy to maintain. The price also blew me away as it is far below what I used to pay at other salons .What Ann has created is a sanctuary of beauty and grace. Thank you Ann!!

I heart VENUS ALLURE on BELMONT!!!!. Hey portland! Several weeks ago I went to Venus (first time) for a color, cut, and highlights and was SO impressed with not only the quality of the results, but also my stylist named TAMERA. She was able to match perfectly my red that I had previously, and turned my pink highlights

into a richer more vibrant tone. Also, i was there weeks and weeks ago and my hair still looks great! Venus has an incredible upscale feel, without the extra cost. GO GET GLAMOROUS PORTLAND!!!!

Best hair I've had yet.... So - as a disclaimer, the only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because it's pretty expensive here...but so worth it!

In August, I went to Venue Allure with a Groupon ($100 dollars worth of services for $45) to have full highlights done. I was automatically welcomed, offered drinks, and put into a robe sort of thing...the atmosphere is great in there...open, fun...really nice!

Jina was my stylist...I had a lot of red in my hair because of many botched dye jobs from a friend who was a hair-student. Jina told me that they couldn't guarantee my hair's quality since I wasn't doing color correction...but she would try. She used this new hair dye that had toner "built in" to it...which really pulled the blonde through my red. My hair turned out absolutely beautiful. If you didn't see me before, you would never know I had ugly auburn hair! I was so happy I could've cried...and the best part was that it took probably not more than an hour & a half. I think the quickest highlights I've had elsewhere were probably 3 hours or so. She had me in, out...and it was perfect.

I've been meaning to go back, but it's just so expensive! I know that that's where I HAVE to go though, because they have the product I need and a woman who knows how to handle my crappy dye jobs!

Seriously...best dye job I've had yet! =) Jina is great!
