Service-Tech Carpet Restoration

Didn't even bother showing up.. Talked with someone at Service Tech and made an appointment for the 23rd at 10:30 a.m. for a carpet cleaning -- I confirm all my appointments verbally at the end of the conversation and said, "Okay the 23rd, a Saturday, at 10:30, yes?" "Yep, see you then!" says appointment-making dude. Then wrote I it down in my calendar.

Woke up early on Saturday, spent 2 hours vacuuming, cleaning up, moving items off of the floor, moving furniture -- 10:30 came and went, no sign of the technician. I call. No answer. I call again. No answer. Almost 5 hours later, no one has called to explain what the heck happened, apologized for not showing up, nothing (despite their "call us 7 days a week between 8 am and 10 pm" advertising on their website). Since I spent so much prep time, I went out and rented a Rug Doctor to at least get SOMETHING done to my carpets -- now I'm doing it myself -- NOT how I imagined my Saturday with my family was going to go at all.

They seem like they'd have great prices if they could be bothered to even make their appointments.  View Less … View More

The cleanest our carpets have been since they were brand new.. Service Tech came out and cleaned our carpets and they worked at it until all the stains were removed. Our carpet was as clean as they have ever been. Not only did they do a great job, but a week later we had an accident and we stained the carpet again in several places. I gave them a call and they were out the very next day and got the stains out. They not only did a great job, but they are very knowledgeable and friendly.
