Got to love a daycare that....

I have been bringing my dog to Hug-A-Bubba's for several months now. He is an active small dog that loves it there. He is treated very well and comes home very tired after an active day "with all his friends." He gets very excited when I tell him "it is a school day." The staff is friendly and very caring. I trust them with my dog and I know that he is in excellent hands.

I previously took him to another day care and was not happy with the service. My dog would come home with "dog bites" on him and when questioned how or what happened always got a "I don't know." Not good!

I would recommend this doggie day care in a heartbeat.

Who knew after a day at doggy -daycare, he'd come home smelling better than when he left!

My pooch loves coming here once a week, and I love that he get's a workout and is pooped in the evening! He is noticeably much happier the next couple days following a day at doggy day-care... NOTICEABLY happier... I only wish I could afford to take him twice a week (though their prices are comparable to those around town also.)

As mentioned in the previous review, it is true that they do have a small outdoor area, however I think it's worth noting that most doggy day-cares around town don't have any outdoor area, so it's definitely a bonus for reinforcing potty training outside when you take them to hug-a-bubba's... in addition to having the out door area to potty, your dog will likely learn from other dogs that that's where to do the deed!

I've visited one other daycare (central bark) and I really wish they'd try to do something about the smell, because I love the camera feature they have, but the smell was so bad I couldn't stand it, so I couldn't leave my pooch there all day... 75-80% of the time he comes back smelling better then when I dropped him off at Hug-a-bubba's (and no, he hasn't been groomed there.)

• Pros: Good smell, outdoor area, friendly staff
• Cons: Only one small thing, but not worth noting here as it may just be my dog, not them.
