Best spa ever!. Blooming Moon is by far my favorite spa in Portland, and I've checked out quite a few. I usually visit a variety of places for different services, but after a year and a half it's hard to think about going anywhere other than Blooming Moon. Their wide variety of services are consistently amazing. Ginny is by far the best eyebrow waxer in Portland...and I'm pretty particular about how I like them done. She's seriously made an art of it. Her facials are a bit like dying and going to heaven. If I could I'd treat everyone I love to one of these! I've been to lots of spas where they'll put a mask on you and leave the room, but not at Blooming Moon. From start to finish she's working on you're body... whether it's a hand massage or the killer foot massage. Total pampering. Not to mention my skin felt great and sparkled for days after. Everyone that works there is cool, friendly and real. And they're incredibly knowledgeable about the products they carry. They just moved to N Killingsworth and the new location is stunning. Spacious, two floors, huge, private rooms and an outdoor cedar hot tub on the way! Not to mention they're right next door to this awesome wine bar Hop and Vine....Perfect day. Stressed out skin meets ladies with solutions!
After years of great skin, I found myself stressed out with bad skin. I tried the New Seasons array of fantastic products that had normally worked for me to be falling short.
Solution (thankfully): Blooming Moon Wellness Spa! The ladies are absolute experts. My skin is back to it's normally healthy Oregon girl glow.
You can't mess around with your skin, it just says so much about you. This is my standby spa, thank you Blooming Moon!

Will not be disappointed. I booked a message for my girlfriend here a few weeks ago after going back and forth between here and a few other spas. I decided to stick with Blooming Moon after reading the other reviews and I couldn't be happier. It was her first time going to a spa and was a little anxious about the whole thing but once we got there they immediately made her feel comfortable and at ease. Caroline's awesome massage. I was feeling tight and sore from being involved in physical activities lately and needed some bodywork to loosen up. I went in to Blooming Moon for a Deep Tissue massage and came out feeling great. Caroline gave me amazing deep work with a personal and relaxing touch. Totally pampered like a princess!.
I came to the Blooming Moon on my day off last week for a facial and foot soak and scrub. The facial was wonderful - the esthetician seemed
to apply endless masks and really tended to my skin, asking questions along the way, and recommended some really good products for me as well, based on my sensitive skin.
I didn't know what to expect for the milk foot soak, since I've never had one before, but it sounded like a good idea. I sat on a fluffy couch in a candlelit room with lots of pillows as they brought in a huge turquoise basin of hot, lime scented water. Since I'm vegan, I requested coconut milk instead of regular milk in the water, which they were MORE than happy to do. The papaya foot scrub was amazing - it smelled like i was on an island!
I left the spa with the Epicuren fine herbal scrub (i never exfoliate enough!), and some aloe for moisturizer (it was only $9!).
I love how close the spa is located to shopping and amazing food! Cafe Nell is around the corner and has awesome cocktails. Oh yah.
