Before becoming a patient of Gentech Hillsboro I had traumitizing experiences with dentists and was terrified of receiving dental treatments. It is now nearly 10 years that I have been going to Gentech Hillsboro without fail nor fear. Thanks to the patience and excellent care I receive from both Doctor Justin Elson who has the patience of an angel with fingers as light as feathers and my wonderful dental hygienist Yelena Gofman who not only keeps my teeth and gums as healthy as possible, she has also helped me overcome my previous terror of dental cleanings. Everyone at Gentech Hillsboro make the experience warm and inviting. It is now a joy to receive my dental care. THANK YOU! You are the greatest!

Excellent Dentists, Awesome Staff. I just want to give a shout out to Gentech Dentist in Hillsboro. I have been a customer since 2004 and have had nothing but the best experiences. I remember the first time I ran into an issue with billing thru my insurance company that was not their fault, but Rachel was extremely accommodating earned my satisfaction by offering a very benevolent solution quickly. I was very pleased. As a result I have continued to be a Gentech patient ever since and I have found Dr. Terry to be very knowledgeable and skillful with his diagnosis and treatment as well as very personable. Since then, there has only been one other time I had an issue with insurance payments, and Rachel came thru once again with a solution that was most agreeable to me.

I have found all of their staff all the way from front desk to the assistants to back office, to be very upbeat, friendly, accommodating and personable.

I would strongly recommend Gentech Dentist in Hillsboro to any family member or friend. I'm certain you will not be disappointed.

HIghly Skeptical of all these reviews. ALL OF THESE REVIEWS WERE WRITTEN ON THE SAME DAY by registered users who only wrote one review which was about Gentech..it seems very suspicious. And I don't trust companies that do this.

Best location. I live right down the street from this office,. I think it is great that I can walk over there to get a cleaning done. They also have the Orenco Station max stop right there. They are located in a great little area right in the Hillsboro area. I would and will be recommending this office to all of my neighbors!

Great People. You could say that because of past dental experiences, that I had developed a bit of dental phobia for a while. Once I started going to this dental office, it was like all of my dental fears went away. The staff is great with people like me who haven't had the best treatment in the past. They expalin everything in depth with you and make you feel very comfortable about being in the chair and having work done. I will never go anywhere else.

I like to smile now. I never liked the way my teeth looked until I went to this dental office. I feel like they have completely revamped the way my teeth look. I actually have the confidence to show my "Pearly Whites" now when I smile.

Great experience at the dentist!. I moved to Hillsboro recently and a friend recommended Gentech Dentist. I have always hated going to the dentist, and because I put it off for so long, I was way overdue for a root canal. I've never had a root canal before and was really nervous about the pain. Dr. Elson immediately put me at ease. He has a very warm and friendly demeanor. He explained the process of the root canal well, and I felt much more comfortable than when I walked in. I didn't experience any pain during the procedure, and Dr. Elson insured that I would be comfortable in the days following. Because of the success of my root canal, I felt confident that I could have my very sensitive teeth whitened in the office without too much discomfort. Dr. Elson and his hygienist made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. My whiter smile looks wonderful! I also had a cleaning done in this office, and again, felt like I was being well cared for the whole time. The office is really nice. Everything looks really new and clean, and they have great magazines, which we all know makes for a better waiting room! The staff is always friendly, and the location is perfect for where I live. I definitely recommend this dentist!

Kid Friendly. The Hillsboro Gentech is awesome with children. My five year old son actually has fun going to get his teeth cleaned. Of course he does get a prize before we leave, but he has fun doing the x rays, using the "Super straw", and talking to the dentist and his assistants. In the waiting room there are coloring books and toys for him to play. They also have movies for kids to watch. All of the employees are so good with kids. I highly recommend taking children to this office.

Thanks!. I dreaded going to this dentist with my toothache and I put it off as long as I could. But, your people treated my so nice and it wasn?t as bad as I thought it would be. Also, thank you so much for helping me to understand my insurance policy. I especially appreciated the flexibility in making payments. Even though I was a little overwhelmed at first with what needed to be done, your compassionate employees helped me understand my options, and worked with me so that I could pay over time and still get my dental work done! I will never put it off again. You have made me a customer for life.
