We live in Texas and were selling our elderly mothers home in Portland. The home inspection required several minor repairs. Our agent contact Pacific Crest because of their reviews on Citysearch. Nick went over and accessed the issues, gave me a price, completed the work in a timely manner and sent pictures via email of the completed work. Best, Professional, Honest Plumbers. I called because I had very little water coming out of my kitchen faucet. Nick came out the same day, and boy do I feel stupid. The first thing he did was take the screen off my faucet and I was embarrassed. The screen was filled with debris, no wonder I had not water pressure !!! I should have know to take that apart myself. Great Plumbers. My husband and I recently had a faucet that no longer produced hot water. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, my day off! Nick came by and did some trouble shooting on my old faucet. With no success he suggested I find a new faucet and call him when I had it and he would install it. No charge for the first visit! I called them when I found a faucet I liked and Nick came by the very same day. Nick was very helpfull and I appreciated his prompt professional service. Definately recommend. ONWER RESPONSE TO:. This review is actually a response to "Not So Fast." Mr. Trueax statements are a total misrepresentation of the facts. Mr. Trueax was referred to our supplier after calling our office and asking questions. As the office person I could not accurately answer, so I referred him to our supplier. He was looking for a specific water heater with an Anode on top. Mr. Trueax, after speaking with out supplier called back and said they had the heater he wanted and he wanted it installed. We picked it up and installed it, at cost, on a day and time he requested. After the installation Mr Trueax accused us of not picking up and installing the heater HE requested. This prompted an immediate call to our supplier. Bradford White had recently modified the location of the Anode to the hot side so we were a little confused too. Once it was verified we did in fact install the correct heater HE requested, we asked Steven at our supplier to call him and explain, which he did. Several messages and no return calls from Mr Trueax. Steven even had the Rep for Bradford White email the "spec" sheet for the heater if Mr Trueax wanted, which he also left in his voicemails. Unaware our supplier never heard back from Mr. Trueax, I received payment about a month later with a letter accusing us of not getting back to him and wanting a refund? I immediately called him, twice, asking him to return my call to discuss this matter as I had been told by 2 employees at our supply house that they had made several attempts to contact him. In addition, I sent him a response in writing. This was almost a year ago and he now feels compelled to write a review like this, 9 months later? Another odd thing about this whole situation is that on the day we arrived at his home for the installation he was not home, so I called him.
