A Terrible Experience....
The product was decent, but the customer experience was exceedingly terrible. I could go on forever citing instance after instance, but
suffice it to say this is a hard sales environment much like a used car dealer. They are high pressure, dishonest and altogether cumbersome to deal with. Please consider purchasing elsewhere even if it costs a bit more.
If you search other rating services, you'll find there are quite a lot of negative experiences...do your research. Buyer beware.

We Love Our Handscraped Teak Floors!.
This past summer Dave assisted us with selecting some new hardwoods for our new home! We had visited a few competitors in the area but
went with Simple Floors.
Simple Floors offers a great variety of options in a spacious warehouse where you can actually see a sizable sample in various types of light!
We were able to pick up our cases at a local shipping center near the airport. The shipment was on a pallet and was easily placed in our truck.
We installed them ourselves! Dave made certain we got a decent underlay. DO NOT SCRIMP on the underlay, you want a quiet floor!
I was shopping in Home depot one day and saw someone examining the hardwoods. I told him to go to Simple Floors - bigger bang for the buck!

An Excellent Experience. Went to simpleFloors for handscraped hardwood after seeing them at the 2010 "Street of Dreams". They had many and better choices at prices competitive with Lumber Liquidators. Dave was very accommodating, especially after I changed my mind on my choice after the order had gone in. Despite the changes, everything arrived on time. The installers they recommended (Stan and his brother Roman and co-worker Alex, from Portland Hardwoods) were perfect. Great place to get new floors. The floor shopping process had been a nightmare for me since the beginning. As others I'm sure can attest to, deciding what type of floor to buy and where to buy it is very frustrating. I found Simple Floors on the internet and they happened to have a store close by. The first thing I noticed was that their prices were much lower than anywhere I had been shopping. After spending some time on their incredible website I decided to visit the store. John greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. I told him my budget and that I was interested in laminate flooring. After listening to my desires he assessed my needs and made some great recommendations. It turned out that I could really afford hardwood flooring! Though the strand woven bamboo they had was very tempting, I picked out a beautiful exotic handscraped brazilian cherry floor that was less in price than a lot of the laminates I had been looking at. I also found a great cork floor for my kitchen that is so very soft to stand on. John had my brazilian cherry floor in his warehouse and I picked it up the next day. He had the cork floor delivered right to my house 5 days later. My new floors have been installed for just over two months and I couldn't be happier with the quality.
