I haven't been tanning in a couple
weeks and I usually look forward to the bubbly ladies in the Hazel Dell location. However when I went in last night was very disappointed.
When I first walked in, there was a customer being helped in front of me with a few questions and concerns and the girl helping/working was less than enthused to answer. Usually, when I've heard of some sort of concern they're always there to make it a better expereince. Instead this girl looked at her and all she said was "you'll have to call corporate on that"...
Then when she got her settled, I wasn't even greeted happily...it was a simple..."last name". I gave her my last name and she asked how long I wanted to go I advised I hadn't tanned in a couple weeks and was up to 17 minutes..what did she suggest. She said "I don't know, it's up to you." I would have thought I would have gotten a little more feedback then thatn.
I'm sad to say that she put a sour taste in my mouth the other day and I hope next time I go in she won't be there. Sorry Guys!

Clean. Close to home. Nice staff members. Best of all, price! Great price for unlimited VIP Tanning! I have gone twice so far and loved it!! (68411)

Very welcoming. PI went in because of a coupon I had. When I entered I noticed how clean and inviting it was. The staff greeted me right away and made me feel welcome. I was given a tour, all my quesitons were answered. The gal even lent me her lotion! Thats service. The only thing i didn't like is it seems a bit much for all the packages and tokens they have going on. Overall it was the staff members that sold me on buying a package. Hats off!! (678 02)

Well Maintained and Extremely Clean. I was very impressed when I first walked in at the cleanliness and decor. Maddi was very polite and helpful, she showed me around and explained the machines and prices. I think the only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the price of the stand-up machine - it should be more affordable. I'm otherwise very happy that I came to this tanning salon and would recommend it to anyone. ( 67764)

This tanning salon is Awesome!! Very
helpful and nice employees.
Its well maintained and the tanning booths are really nice and clean.
They provide some nice lotions and towels.
They are definately the tanning salon I recommend to my teammate at Concordia University.
Sunsup Rocks!!
