This diminutive darling of Portland’s wine and food cognoscenti conjures visions of long nights whiled away in effortlessly sultry French watering holes. Pink wine lovers—owner/curator Amalie Roberts’ rosé list is incomparable. Per the eats menu, anything with smoked trout will make you very very happy.

Perfect for date night or a drop-in glass of rosé off East Burnside (come summertime they have 10 rosés by glass) with a daily-rotating wine list and expert staff.
Small, unique and perfect. The food and drink is sublime. Mussels, Caesar salad. Crisp white wine. Yum. They'll help you pick the perfect match. It feels like a little bar in Spain. So dreamy. And delicious. Thank you Kir. We'll be back.
Citysearch Editorial Review. Date-night couples and globe-trotting Eastsiders with a palate for eclectic European wines drop by this intimate wine bar with alarming frequency. The draw: a relaxed, candlelit atmosphere, quirky, personable staff and selection of seasonally constructed small plates paired with wines you’ve never met before. Besotted patrons slide onto a stool at the L-shaped bar and skim a chalkboard menu where the wines are listed--in pink--before letting the counter staff guide their selection. Hours and many glasses of wine later, they’ll finish their evening with decadent bread pudding or otherwise mood-lifting dessert.
