My long, fine, wavy and golden with ash-toned (impossible but true) hair has always been a dismal challenge for even the best stylists in cities near and far. But Stacy found a way to work with the nature of it in a way that is both flawless and natural.

I have been her loyal client for over four years, and if I move one day, even across the sea, I'll fly back to Portland at least every few months to be sure she is the one dealing with my hair. Truly, she is that good.

Not only that, she is an absolute delight to be around, has high character, and has consistently shown the utmost professionalism in her work.

I have lived in Portland for over two years now and thought I would never find a stylist as good as the one I had at home until I met Stacy. Stacy has been cutting, coloring and styling my hair for over two years now and I am so pleased with her work. I have very long hair and I am quite picky when it comes to the exact cut I want, but Stacy always caters to my needs and also shares insight into how to care for my hair. I am so happy to say that Savvy Hair Studio is my home away from home and I can't wait to go back and see Stacy.

Stacy Askew has been my stylist for more than 12 years. I've tried others but found her skills are unmatched. She's always sincere and attentive, with a great eye for style. Stacy is the only professional that I would ever have do my hair now that I have seen my own personal results from her. Issue being that I am a single mom I was always doing my hair on my own and even cutting it because I could not financially afford a professional. With the time Stacy spends on you and how important it is to her that you are happy with the results is what makes it worth every penny. I put money aside so I can see Stacy every 3-5 months as my grow out is almost complete, every time I go see her it is a mood booster for my self-esteem because she makes me feel gorgeous.

Savvy Hair Studio is my go to salon for hair color. I've been visiting Ms. Stacy for half a year now and I'm totally hooked on her genuine personality and sincere advice I may visit another place for a quickie blowout but I dare not let anyone else touch my hair for color. I know I can count on her to give me a good cut and help me look my best. Luv u Stacy!! I'm so happy your new digs are in NW!!

And btw, if you want personalized attention she is great with rescheduling. She always makes time to book in advance and then sends me a sweet little "hello" txt reminder the day before so I won't forget. Too many good things to say.

OMG I love my color .... my cut...so perfect thank you my friend missy for referring Stacy. I get compliments daily on my hair. Stacy is a true artist in color and cut of the hair I am surprised she is not in Hollywood representing the most elite of celebrities...Wow I am more than impressed...Thank you!

Stacy is a very talented hairstylist, I myself am a stylist and am a very hard client to please but I have trusted my locks to Stacy and am never disappointed, and yes I am a nightmare client being i wish I could take off my head and do my hair myself. Stacy is very professional and will never disappoint as far as your hair goes, shes worth every dime. I highly recommend her for all your hair needs!

Amazing hair every time. I have been going to Stacy for years and she is amazing. Whether you are wanting something simple or extremly edgy, Stacy is the person for you. There has been many times that I went to Stacy and had no idea what I wanted but Stacy was always willing to suggest a new fresh idea. I dont like to look like everyone and when I leave I don't, I walk out with something new and hot. Not only that, the conversation is always so great. Stacy is such a great person that you have to meet..You wont regret it.
