I've now used Jerry at my residence (Furnace) and work (restaurant equipment). Jerry answered my phone call for my home inquiry, and called me back in less than 5 minutes from my VM for my work inquiry. Both time Jerry was at my location within 2 hours and fixed it both times with one visit. (Work will take 2 visits, but he was able to create a safe, short-term solution until he could get the part he needed to do the complete repair. Both times in and out in less than 1 hour and pricing/scheduling is the best I've found in town. (I've called around for my restaurant repair.) Best Emergency Service Ever. First things first: my furnace stopped working on a winter night when the temperature outside was teetering on 20 degrees, if not less. On top of that, it was the night of the big game for the Oregon Ducks, so I assumed it would be difficult to find an after hours service tech anyway. However, Jerry came out immediately when I called and was attentive and determined to fix our issue. He went above and beyond and in return, we let him watch the last 5 minutes of the game at our house! Well worth it for heat, in my opinion. TOP NOTCH NEW BUILD AND SERVICE COMPANY!. I have FINALLY found a top notch HVAC company in the Northwest (not an easy task!)..... Northwest Heating & Cooling just blew away my expectations when they installed a complex new HVAC system in my business. The price was unmatched and I couldn't pick a part a bit of their work...it was done to perfection... I had them do some work on my system at my house two weeks later. 3 other contractors were unable to fix the control system problem on my heatpump system.....Jerry came out and diagnosed it in about 20 minutes, two days later he was back with parts and had it fixed in an hour....AMAZING. This fix saved me hundreds and hundreds in electricity over the past months and he even got warranty from the heat pump company on parts after the unit's warranty expired! Thanks!!!
