Hair say Review. I have been a repeat customer at this salon for about a year and for good reason: The results are incredible. Their hairstylists are amazing and always updating and can cater to any style, unlike some salons in portland which focus only on certain looks. The manicures and pedicures are equally amazing and I've been all over trying out different massages, facials mani's and pedi's and Hair say is still the best place I have ever found for a reasonable price. Salon lovely!. If you are looking for a fabulous colorist/stylist you HAVE to see Miranda. She is super talented and makes my dark hair a true blond (NOT easy appararently as most colorists turn it brassy orange). I come from Washington as often as I can for cut and color!…
