Bad Experience!. I called ahead to see if this place could do a back fill and I was told - "sure no problem!” I was looking forward to checking this shop out and making it my new salon. When I got there the nail tech refused to do a back fill. She seemed angry that I was asking for one and was completely rude and condescending. I asked several times for what I came for and she refused saying it won't look good and I don't need it, she has years of experience and she knows what looks good and what doesn't. She kept talking to her coworkers in a foreign language and rolling her eyes at me and another client. It was incredibly rude. The entire staff was primarily communicating with one another above our heads in their own language. Very unfriendly and unprofessional! I could not wait to get out of there and I will never return. I recommend this salon to no one!

Great salon!. I LOVE this place! I have natural long nails and have had them butchered at nail salons before, but never here. They are amazing and I wont go anywhere else for my manicures!

Good Final Result--Employee Attitude...Not So Much. I was a customer at the Nail Garden on 9/18/09. I am happy with my pedicure. It looks good and was quick. However, my technician was rough and impersonal. I'll give her a bit of a pass since I know her English was weak, at best, but she was downright unfriendly. Pulling my feet, barking out orders like "Here!", "In!", etc. She even tossed my little ziploc bag with my file and buffer in it into my lap while walking away. My tips start at 20%--she got $2 from me. To be fair, my sister was with me and her technician was friendly AND did a good job. Of course, we were being told to "relax" while also being asked if we wanted to "upgrade" our services in order to spend more money. I'd have to be in a real pinch to return.

Great business! A treasure at Cascade Station!. Great service and many added bonuses with treatments without the added costs you may find at other salons. I would highly recommend this business to others. Everything you could want in a nail salon!

Great Services & Great Prices. Nail Garden is in Cascade Station by the airport, Ikea, Best Buy, Bath and Body Works, etc, and has the friendliest staff Ive ever had in a Nail Salon. Ive had Acrylic Fills, pedicures (in a luxurious massage chair) and waxing and every service was done better than Ive ever had before. I started going because it was close to work and home, but the staff (especially the owner) and the detail they put into everything they do keeps me coming. They have a huge range of services that I hope I get to experience, and they are really more special than the average nail salon. I have, and would recommend them to anyone i meet.

Great Service. I drove into Portland two weeks ago to spend the night and catch an early flight. In the rush I was unable to get a manicure before I left home. It was after 6 p.m. and I took a chance and drove over to the Cascades Parkway hoping to find a salon still open. Luck would have it I found the Nail Garden. The staff, especially Minh and Van welcomed me in (without an appointment) and I received my much needed manicure. The staff is very friendly and did a wonderful job on my garden weary nails. They even taught me how to use a buffing pad to make my nails look polished. I really don't like polish on my nails and most places try to push it on me. I'm looking forward to my next trip in so I can try their facials. Thanks ladies!

Lovely pedicure!! Perfect Solar nails.... I''ll return to this salon, I received the best services I've ever experienced. I called to make apointment for a pedicure and full set of nails; they asked me what kind of pedicure I like and they told me exactly what everythings cost that I can plan ahead. I felt like I was apart of a family here. Everyone here is so NICE! They all speak English very good; they did very nice pedicure with all details(hot wax, long foot massage). I love the painting of flowers and design on my toes and beautiful solar nails. I got so many compliments on my nails. Thanks Lisa for my nails and kavin for great foot massage.
