Took time to explain and take care of me. I found Dr. Rydzik online and am glad I did. She was very thorough and took all the time to explain my diagnosis to me. One of the things that I went into the office for needed treatment and instead of making me come back at a later date, she took care of it right then. I will recommend her to my family and friends. 30 Minute Wait. Scheduled a 0745 appointment and the staff promptly took me back to the exam room. They handed me my gown and said the doctor would be in. I sat in the room for 30 mins listening to the medical assistants gossip outside my room. No one ever came in to give me an update. I put my clothes on and walked out. As I was walking out one of the MAs said that I would be next to see the doctor. I never received an apology and will give my money to someone that appreciates my business.…
