A Better Me!

An unbelievable workout at any fitness level, coupled with a mind, body, spirit boost! Each class follows a specific sequence format, with different nuances each session, so no class is exactly the same. You will however, work your core like never before, feeling noticeably stronger with each 60 minute class. The size of the studio lends itself to an intimate workout, where you literally receive one on one instruction. Each teacher is extremely well versed in the prevention of injury, providing modifications to suit your bodies injury history, and personal "truth levels."

These classes have become an addiction, and I have seen results that couldn't be obtained from aerobics, weightlifting, or running.

I recommend to all!

Wish I had a studio where I live

I was visiting my sister for a week and I went twice. I have always been a very strong athlete but this class really attacked my weaknesses. I don't want to stop and wish I could find a studio in upstate NY. I could really feel the firming and toning in just 2 classes! Wow...any chance you could open a studio here??

Great targeted body-shaping workout, with friendly staff!

Barre 3 is the perfect balance between firming and elongating your muscles. I did a lot of yoga before trying Barre 3 and was beginning to feel tight and more restricted. Once I started doing Barre 3, I noticed a difference in about a month. It's improved my posture and increased my stamina immensely. My hamstrings no longer feel permanently tight, and I can bend over without any pain. I actually feel taller and my muscles are leaner. The other plus to the studio is the amazing mix of teachers. I haven't been to a class yet that I haven't enjoyed. They all seem to have a similar training background, so you get the same great workout with each instructor. If you want a quick workout that reshapes your entire body, you should try Barre 3.

New clients and clients utilizing the studio's childcare should arrive 15 minutes before class to get settled.

The Extras:

barre3 class reservations are open 7 days prior to the scheduled class and closs 10 minutes before the class starts. Students who have a current package in the system can reserve sessions in person, by calling the studio or by visiting barre3's web site.
