Great place. I was very impressed with the food, large menu, and price when I had lunch here recently. Apparently others share my viewpoint, as there was a large line waiting to get in around noon.

Looking forward to going back and trying other items besides the pho, which was very good. I'd recommend going for lunch around 11am or soon afterward so you can grab a seat and not wait in line.

Decent pho. not my favorite but it's decent pho. when they have beef broth, it's worth the trip. good atmosphere, clean, good service. only issue is on more than one occassion, they used chicken broth for beef pho as a substitute and it wasn't nearly as good.

Fake Reviews. The food here is just fine but if they keep talking themselves up its bound to disappoint. Not just here but a flood of Tripadvisor reviews are ridiculous and obvious. This is not the best PHO in the country, world ,etc and its no 5 star restaurant. Give me a break. Just offer good food and good prices and people will come. You dont have to put down other restaurants or anyone who doesn't agree with you.

The PHO here is awesome. I am an Angelino (Los Angeles) and was here for the Air show this year. A local friend recommended and took me here just for the PHO.

I LOVE THE “PHO” here! And don’t forget to order it along with the “Café Sua Da” a Vietnamese style coffee with condensed milk….

Besides, the decoration is very elegant and warm atmosphere... Try and you will love this place.

Very clean and service is reasonably fast.

The price was good for the quality and the portions of the food.

I came back for a second before I return home to Los Angeles !!!!

Delighted to visit Pho Tango. Wow, I can't remember the last time I have tasted a good bowl of "Bun Bo Hue" other than a genuine Hue restaurant in California or Texas where the largest Vietnamese community resides outside of Vietnam. In addition to a fine bowl of Pho, other items on the menu is just as tasty and fresh. The service is exceptional. My family and I would definitely stop by for lunch or dinner at least once on every trip down from Seattle.

Real Vietnamese Food - Best place for PHO. I've been to many Vietnamese restaurant in Portland but Pho Tango by far is one of the best place for noodle soup "PHO". The menu of "Pho" is extensive and it all tastes so great. Besides the noodle soup dishes, they have spring rolls, rice dishes (Bun), and a variety of salad and appetizers for very reasonable prices.

This place looked very clean. The decor was sort of simple but trendy. There were big windows all around with a lot of light. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of food and service at the restaurant and want to come back again. I think this would be a good place for lunch with your co-workers because of prompt service and very in-expensive for a lunch compared with other places.

If you are working around the area and looking for a good taste asian restaurant for a quick 1-hour lunch, clean and in-expensive, you own it to yourself to try out Pho Tango!

Mediocre Pho. Growing up Vietnamese and having Pho all over the west coast. I must say this place is not so great. There are very few good Pho places in the Portland metro and this is NOT one of them. The Pho broth is too sweet and loaded with MSG! I can take a small amount, but I break out when there is a lot of it. The place uses a lot of MSG because their broth lacks a good savory flavor and must depend on the flavor enhancing qualities of MSG and sugar.
