I used to love celebrity Tan but after tonight I have to say I am very unhappy with this place. The old staff was sooo friendly and now the new girls are so rude, unfriendly and know nothing about customer service. I can't see renewing my package here, which is sad because this place used to be so friendly.

After taking a long hiatus from tanning, I came back and the man helping actually remembered me! I am huge on customer service, so this in itself was great to me! Then since I had taken so much time off from tanning, he worked with me to figure out the safest way to get back into it again. Great customer service is what I care most about, and I give Celebrity Tan a perfect "10"

If you like good customer service, nice new beds and a sophisticated comfortable environment; this is the place to go!

I have been coming to Celebrity Tan for a year now and I don't go anywhere else when in Portland. I travel all over the country and have found it to be the only salon in the area with clean equiptment that is industry standard in other parts of the country. I have no idea how other salons here sell packages with dated unsafe equiptment but be careful of this. Also their spray tans which are what I mostly use last over a week which is really nice. I like that you can choose clear or bronzers in three levels of darkness as well depending on the time of year or if you have photos or a prom or wedding etc I used the extra dark for a photo shoot last week and it turned out really well. Also I was in the Cascade location today and while the lobby was full, the woman working the front counter was fast and helpful and nice. I am glad they expanded and added the Beaverton location and if you are searching for a new package, I have always felt that I got a good value here especially when combining bed tanning with spray. That is definately the way to go. I like this place a lot.

THE BEST TANNING SALON EVER!!!!!!!. I AM a PROUD member of Celebrity Tan and have been for the past two and a half years! I have been to many different salons in my life and they have nothing on Celebrity Tan! This salon has the highest quality beds, beautiful decor, and great prices!! The salon is always very clean! I love the staff the most!! Neal and Kirstin are Pros at their jobs!!They are soo friendly and answer any questions you may have. They are very classy and professional and make for a laid-back relaxing environment. Search no more... This is the spot!!

Clean facility, highest quality beds, friendliest staff!!!. Look no further! Celebrity Tan offers the widest variety of tanning options, with the utmost quality for each! Staff members are friendly and helpful! Facility is always clean, and enjoy your favorite music while you get a tan!

Professional, CLEAN and Well Priced!!!. I was with another salon for years… literally, so I was hesitate to switch salons but I didn’t like the constant in your face sales every visit, the floors were dusty and there was ALWAYS a wait… I felt the sales were unprofessional and associates were not knowledgeable enough to be giving tanning advice. I went to Celebrity Tan and literally… the complete opposite, sales are not pushy.. the beds prove themselves and employees are knowledgeable friendly upbeat people!!! I have never waited for than TWO minutes for a bed, the salon is immaculately clean and the pricing is well worth it, they are flexible with payments and payment dates. I am seriously HAPPY that I switched!!! I am a real client of theirs and I can guarantee you will not regret the move once you make it!!

Best Tanning Salons I've Ever Been To. I love Celebrity Tan. I've been tanning here since march 2009 and i got a great year long package for a great price! Their payment plans are amazing too! I always come out with great color everytime i tan. My first time tanning i got more color than i've ever gotten from any bed. The Staff is great and is very knowledgeable and are great at answering questions. The 15 minute conventional beds are comparable to medium beds at other tanning salons in the area. I love Celebrity Tan so much that i drive all the way from Beaverton to Cascade Station or Mall 205 just to tan! Definitely give this place a shot if you're looking to build a tan. I refer all of my friends to here and even people i meet at work!

Awesome! Everyone hurrry up and join!. The staff at Celebrity Tan is amazing! Professional yet personable at the same time... the environment is pristine! the tanning beds are awesome and the Mystic is the best I have ever experienced...Being a loooonnnggg time tanner I can truly appreciate this Salon Thank you Neil and Kirstin! you guys r the bomb!

Great salon!. I have been tanning with Celebrity tan since March or so and have enojyed every minute of it. I got a great deal on a year long conventional package. I used to work at desert suns, and have tanned just about everywhere in the area and this is the best salon by far. The conventional beds here are stronger than mediums at most other salons. I've never once felt pressured to buy something, but am told about the specials every now and then. Even when I missed a few payments on the packaged i'd financed they let me make them up and keep my package, while getting charged NOTHING. That alone was amazing. Try them out if you have a chance!
