Very Poor Valet Experience.
One of my old college roommates was getting married and I, as a local, offered to pick up some people from the airport as they arrived and take them to their respective lodgings. One of the guests had booked a room at the Marriott on Naito. As we pulled through the drive through, there was only one lane of traffic going through as all other rows were occupied with parked vehicles. Out of the corner of our eyes we saw a two way road leading under teh hotel where one car had just pulled out of. Although there was a sign that said "Exit Only" my guest said it must not be properly labeled and that it meant only the left lane was exit only. As we went to drive down, we were nearly T-boned and then honked at profusely while the driver gestured at us frantically. Confused, we waved an apology and drove down into the parking area slowly, as the multiple signs told us. We finally found a parking spot and a man came running towards us. We rolled down our window and he asked, "Are you hotel guests?" I said, "She is, I am just parking to help her with luggage." To this the worker said, "I don't know why you can't read the sign, but this is valet only." Our response, "Oh, we didn't see a sign that said valet parking, We--" Cutting us off mid sentence the man said, "Well it said exit only." In reply we honestly said, "Oh, sorry, we thought that was just poorly labeled and for the other direction. Plus there were signs and faded arrows as we drove down, so we thought we were okay." At that point he went on to lecture us on how we were so incredibly wrong, that he had worked at this hotel for over 4 years, and that he knows there are absolutely no signs on the way down since none of the public ever drives down that way. At this point we are both frustrated, and the man must also have been as well since he was yelling at us, and really shocked at how the worker had treated us. Long story short, when someone tells you they have worked at a hotel or in hospitality for over 4 years, especially a younger Caucasian male with brown curly hair and glasses, they are lying. I highly doubt anyone with that poor of customer service skills would last a week in any career having to do with customer relations.

Great customer service.
Wen I called a few days before my check in day I called to confirm my reservation and even on the phone I noticed the good customer service.
When we checked in the bell hop and front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We got notch customer service from the front desk, concierge, and bell hop .
The only scar on the customer service was at the resturant Champions, one wait staff there was just short of being down right rude. The night before the staff there were as nice a everyone else at this hotel.
One other problem as that the weekday housekeeping did not fully stock my room.
The hotel has a good exercise and pool area.

Horrible sleep.
This hotel may have a wide array of services and be conveniently located, but they forgot to ensure quality sleep. The 4 inch thick mattress left me very sore and sleep deprived. Considering the price of the hotel, this was not a good value.
