You must come here for your hair!. You must come here for your hair! Anita is amazing! I've been getting my hair cut with her since 2002! She just started doing the brazilian treatment on my hair and I received SO many compliments. Anita knows what looks good on people but also listens to what you want. She is truly THE BEST! You also have to see Julie for hair color. I've been seeing Julie for just about as long and you can't go wrong. I've always loved my hair color and never have had any damage. She is very knowledgable and does a fantastic job!! I also have to comment on the receptionist, Shannon. She is so friendly and sweet and is also very efficient at her job. She's fast at making appointments & is truly a pleasure to work. Overall, an AMAZING & OUTSTANDING team!!

Angie,

I have received 5 laser hair removal treatments from you, originally purchasing 6 via a groupon, and pre-paid an additional $225+ for the bikini area. I missed my appointment last time, but I did call and let you know I couldn't make it because traffic was really bad. Today I spaced our reschedule, and I apologize for wasting your time. However, I tip you well and treat you with respect, and I do not appreciate the fact that I am now stuck with hair on my cho-cha and an unsupportive esthetician.

I can take some responsibility here, but what irks me is the fact that I won't be reimbursed and I feel I was very fair on gratuity. If the $20-$30 I gave you each session plus the pre-payment, plus the groupon expense, I should get another chance. But now I don't want to come to your salon or recommend people there at all.

Have a Very Merry Christmas! (see the irony?)

Best Laser Hair Removal. I have wanted to have the Laser Hair Removal for a very long time but I was a bit nervous. When I met with Angie she was patient and explained everything to me. She let me know it would take 6 to 8 treatments and let me know what to expect. She was awesome and the result is amazing. I cant believe I waited so long! I would highly recommend Angie!

Angie is great!. I have been to a variety of salons but Angie was excellent. I've had the 3M Facial, Laser Hair Removal, Skin Tightening & the Obagi NuDerm System! Angie took her time to talk to me, explaining the process thoroughly, and made me feel very comfortable!

Great Laser Tech. Three Genesis Laser facials, Obagi NuDerm Transformation System and four and half months later, for the first time in my life , I am receiving compliments on my skin. One co-worker even said my skin looked brighter, youthful, & clear! Thank You Angie!

Awful Laser technique. I bought the laser hair removal groupon and decided to have the "Brazilian" done. Angie misses huge areas and is not thorough at all. The last time I went, I timed it and it took her less than 6 minutes to do the whole brazilian area or I guess what she considers the whole area.

I'm just glad I didn't spend much.

Worst brazilian Ever. I got a "Brazilian" from Angie this afternoon and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a salon. The woman was fumbling with the wax and strips.. she was putting the wax on WAY too hot, and she was RE-waxing spots that had been done, while spilling wax on me along the way.. on top of it all it took her 45 minutes and she only did the top and the sides- and still charged $55. I should have known how bad it was when she handed me the wax-off and left the room.

The best ever!!!!. I love this salon so much. Not only will Ruel give you the best head massage ever he will also make you look beautiful!! Every time I go to Picasso I feel welcomed and happy to be there. Everyone is warm and I always walk away happy. I recommend this salon and Ruel to everyone in Portland!!!

Worth the trip to LO!. After moving to the Portland area a few years ago from Vegas, I was so disappointed with the amount of style not only in clothing, but in hair stylists!!! That is until I found Picasso's and Rachel! Wow! Finally, a place that reminds me that there is high quality in the Northwest! Not only do they give you the personal attention that is always found in a high class salon, they still are able to be themselves and are not uptight in the least amount! Rachel is amazing! I am someone that is constantly changing my cut, color, etc... and she is so accomodating and hits it on the spot EVERY time!
