I had to deal with Heather Chamberlain. What a rude woman. Poor customer service and looked at me as if I were scum of the earth.

Exemplifying Great Customer Service. Your employees exemplify the meaning of customer service they have gone above and beyond at every point.

They listened to our needs and were able to put together a solid leasing package and sold us the equipment that best meets our needs. Never did I get the feeling they were trying to sell us something that wasn't right for us. They listened, and then fulfilled our needs.

Great Customer Service. I have had excellent service from your company. The service person calls back within an hour or so after my initial call to your company's Service Department. The call-back gives me the chance to explain what is happening with the machine and the assurance from your repair person that he will be out soon and fix the problem. No matter how serious it seems, they always are able to fix it in a short amount of time. We do not always get the same person, but they all treat our needs with the same concern and confidence that they can take care of our machines problem

Con Artists. I bought and paid for a machine.They were a month late providing it. The contract stated I would be paid a stated amount as a buy out of my old machine. They never paid me.They took my old machine and never returned it to the company that leased it to me. I am out thousands of dollars now. This is criminal.
