The ultimate tan and med spa is going out of business. The sad thing OS they are still take money for clients and selling packages. They are in the middle of lawsuits and about to lose their licensing..Cancel you packages and get a refund before they close their doors with your money.
Let's admit it, winters in Oregon can be brutal and depressing which is one of the many reasons I love Ultimate Tan and Med Spa. Whenever I need my fill of Vitamin D, I stop by one of their locations for a quick tan. No matter what location I stop in at, I am always greeted by friendly staff and clean beds and when I leave, I feel like a million dollars. I love the Ultimate Tan and Med Spa's high pressure beds because I get a nice even all over tan. You can't beat Ultimate Tan and Med Spa - I refuse to tan anywhere else! Their prices are very competitive and I know what to expect every time stop in, a beautiful smile from the staff and rich and warm experience. Thank you Ultimate Tan and Med Spa, I look forward to trying all your new Med Spa products. Look for my review on those shortly as I plan to use some before summer arrives.
Just bad business.
I bought a 6 package laser hair removal package through Sharing Spree. I went in today for my first appt. today and was told after being there for 20 minutes that it had been cancelled. Per the front desk worker, they left a message for me last week and didn't hear anything back. She then told me the number they left the message at, and it was, of course, the wrong number (though they did call me back to schedule my initial appt, so not sure how they had the wrong number). I was also informed the would only be doing the laser removals at this location on Wednesday and Thursdays. The laser is moved from location to location depending on the day of the week, and per the worker it needs "at least one day to rest."
Though the worker was very nice and apologetic nothing was done about my loss of time and actual loss of money (I had hired a babysitter so I could go). I would advise all to stay away from this place as the customer service is sub-par. Clearly they do not care if a customer is lost.
