Very nice ambiance. Superb front-desk staff! Massage was great and the masseuse was very communicative to make sure I was getting what I expected and needed, but was then quiet so I could relax. Great deal to sign up and get the one massage per month at only $49. It will ensure I go and get it done and not wait so long in between. Very enjoyable!

One of the worst massges I ever got.. One of the worst massges I ever got. The try to sell you a package deal "massage a month" club. Pretty distasteful. The massage therapist's nails were too long and she kept scratching me. She also had some weird bumpy skin condition that when she used her whole arm to rub down my back, it felt like sand paper. Gross. I am never going back again.

Getting what you want. I've been a satisfied Massage Envy member for 3 years. I've had great massages and so-so massages and over the years have learned to ask for what I want. When I find a good massage therapist, I stick with her! I've had the same one for over 6 months now.

Unlike others who've commented, I get about a 50 minute massage (not 40). And if there is something special I want the massage therapist to focus on, I tell her and she does. I find that the key to a good massage experience is asking for what you need or want, and then giving the therapist feedback...if you are a regular they will write notes in your chart and remember what problem areas you might've had (for me it is my left shoulder).

meah. I have been a customer for over a year and this is what I found:

A 1 hour massage is about 40 minuets of actual massage, what with the discussion of what you want/need, time to change etc..

If you sign up for the year plan be aware that after that year they will continue to deduct $49.00 from your account until you go in and sign some paperwork to have it stopped and then its 30 days after that so they will get 1 more payment out of you no matter what.

The massage quality varies greatly from therapist to therapist and there appears to be a high turnover of staff.

The facilities are clean and nice, I had only 1 altercation: set up an appointment but when I showed up they said my appointment was set up for later and when I said I could not stay that late they charged me for the cancelation.

All in all 2 starts= sorta good.

Prenatal Massage Dream. The staff was wonderful, they asked me relevant questions pertaining to my pregnancy, health issues or concerns, and personal preferences. The environment was warm and comfortable, very quiet and relaxing. The Massage Therapist - Nicole - was adorable. She listened to my preferences and the massage was glorious! I was relaxed and really enjoyed the experience. I would absolutely use this company again. My only disappointment was that the staff at the end of my experience couldn't just let me leave in my euphoric state, I was given the schpeal about their monthly plans yadda yadda yadda. Bad timing in my opinion - almost ruined my relaxed buzz from my massage.
