Sweet Ladies!. The food is great, and the ladies who run it are sweet. Almost stereotypically asian sweet, but that's a good thing! The prices range from average to slightly over-priced. If you're looking for a more upscale dish, go here to the Thai Chili Jam.

If you're looking for a simple chicken Pad Thai, save yourself 4-5 dollars and go to any of the food carts downtown. You'll get the same quality with free peanut sauce at the carts.

Best Thai Food in Portland. Thai Chilli jam is easiest some of the best Thai food in Portland. My wife is Thai so I know good Thai food and when she isn't up to cooking, we go to Thai Chilli jam to enjoy the food. The yellow curry is amazing, perfectly cooked so you get a ton of flavor without being overwhelmed. It also has the right level of spice. There are some other Thai restaurants in Portland like Thai Peacock who people claim are "good" but that is just because they haven't tried Thai Chilli Jam…
