won't go back again. food was OK, the service was bad. I asked them for hot water at a cold night instead of icy water. They said they only had tea. They didn't offer a cup of hot water. Dinning out for me is not just about food, it's also about expecting a pleasant experience. So even though the food was ok, I am not going back.

Sweet Ladies!. The food is great, and the ladies who run it are sweet. Almost stereotypically asian sweet, but that's a good thing!

The prices range from average to slightly over-priced.

If you're looking for a more upscale dish, go here to the Thai Chili Jam.

If you're looking for a simple chicken Pad Thai, save yourself 4-5 dollars and go to any of the food carts downtown. You'll get the same quality with free peanut sauce at the carts.

Overall:

+ Kind and funny workers.

+ Great food

Best Thai food downtown!. Not only is the food super tasty and super fresh, the service is A+++. The girls who work there are sweet as apple pie. Try the Tom Kah soup!!! <3<3

Best Thai Food in Portland. Thai Chilli jam is easiest some of the best Thai food in Portland. My wife is Thai so I know good Thai food and when she isn't up to cooking, we go to Thai Chilli jam to enjoy the food. The yellow curry is amazing, perfectly cooked so you get a ton of flavor without being overwhelmed. It also has the right level of spice. There are some other Thai restaurants in Portland like Thai Peacock who people claim are "good" but that is just because they haven't tried Thai Chilli Jam

This restaurant recently changed owners and the new people are very nice. I've eaten Thai food in many cities for years, so I know good from bad. It's not fancy or drastically different from what you find at almost all Thai places, but it's done right, consistently, and at a fair price. I really hope this restaurant succeeds because there's nothing as good and as convenient in the area. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed

The vegetables are fresh. The preparation is delicious. The service is friendly. The prices are very reasonable.
