Wonderful Flowers and Service. Lou Scott and her very friendly staff helped me choose just the right flowers and arrangements to honor my mother's memory at her memorial service. It's difficult to know what one wants when a loved one has passed away. Flowers Tommy Luke has many great choices and they know how to assist their customer in finding the right arrangements and to meet budget requirements. Thanks for the wonderful attitudes and services. We'll be back and hopefully for a happier occasion.

Wonderful Service, Beautiful Arrangements!. When I called to order flowers for a business client, I was stumped as to what to get. This was to be a "sympathy" gift & I had never ordered one of those before. Lou, at Tommy Luke, was so patient and kind and helpful that I will never order flowers from anyone else! She stayed on the phone with me for almost 30 minutes, making sure I got exactly the right thing. Her patience, kindness, and expertise blew me away. Not to mention, the flowers were stunning and meant a lot to my client. Thank you Lou & the wonderful staff at Tommy Luke.

Beautiful Flowers and Great Service!. I have used many Portland florists over the years but always return to Flowers Tommy Luke. Their friendly service and excellent floral arrangements set me at ease when I am planning a party or holiday occasion. I recently visited with Lou Scott, the new owner and her experienced staff of designers at the light-filled studio in NW Portland. I was impressed with the friendly service, imaginative designers and the selection of flowers in their studio. They helped me pull together ideas to create some fun and lovely designs. The gorgeous flowers were delivered, as planned, so I was at ease long before my guests arrived. The delivery staff was very friendly and helpful. My guests commented on how beautiful the exotic arrangements were and how they helped set the mood for the evening. I can say that the flowers and service are reminiscent of the excellent tradition that Flowers Tommy Luke has had in the Portland community for many years. Thanks, Lou for the success of my party!

Service doesn't meet quality of the flowers. Over the years I have loved the flowers my husband has ordered for me from Tommy Lukes. That's why I chose Tommy Lukes when ordering flowers to be delivered to a colleague who had surgery. I collected the money from ten co-workers, ordered the flowers and scheduled them for delivery a few days after the surgery. About ten days later when I was emailing the colleague, I asked if she had received the flowers and she said, "What flowers?" I called Tommy Luke a few days later and found out they hadn't delivered the flowers. They offered to go ahead and deliver the flowers (now two weeks post-surgery) or refund my money. Had I not asked my colleague, I never would have known the flowers weren't delivered and would have been charged for them. Tommy Luke should have notified me they hadn't delivered the flowers, and they should have tried to deliver them again, calling the recipient ahead of time to see if she would be home. All I got was argument about how we couldn't expect them to make repeated trips to the recipient's apartment if they don't know she wouldn't be there. The flowers are great, but the service was very poor.

Unique, exquisite arrangments and friendly service!. Be aware, they have moved! The person I talked to (when I was on 20 something and pettygrove) was really helpful to get me to their new location. (I'm embarrassed to admit I had to call him back and the second time he stayed on the phone with me until I found it). He joked when I arrived that he needed to put out flashing neon signs. Then they made a beautiful arrangement with me on the spot! She looked at vases with me and asked me how much I wanted to spend and what type of flowers I would like. I'm really picky and her arrangement was better than what I described. She actually finshed the arrangement faster than I wrote out the card! My favorite flower place in Portland, actually my favorite flower place anywhere! When I dropped them off at my friends house, her husband said he thought they were fake because they looked so perfect. He smelled them to confirm they were real ;)

Tommy Luke is # 1 for Flowers !!!!!!!. I had a sick relative at OHSU hospital, and Tommy Luke was who I called for flowers. I heard about them at the hospital. They were so helpful, the owner was so polite and professional. They arranged a beautiful bunch of flowers and I was very happy with my choice to call Tommy Lukes for flowers. I only recommend Tommy Luke.

Rude customer service. I called today to place a simple order for balloons to be sent to a sick child at Doernbecher's Children Hospital. Apparently, Tommy Luke is Doernbecher's preferred florist. (?) The person on the phone at Tommy Luke was impatient, rude, and unhelpful in describing what products were available for children. I won't be calling them again.

Best Florist in Town. Tommy Luke did my wedding last weekend and they did an outstanding job. Anthony created a theme that fit me perfectly. I had zero ideas when we first met, but Anthony created a masterpiece! Our guests enjoyed our centerpieces so much they were begging to take them home. Anthony was extremely easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. Every year as a gift from my parents I receive a bouquet from Tommy Luke's for my birthday. Each and everytime, I see the most beautiful arrangements, very classy! You will not be disappointed if you choose Tommy Luke.

Great florist!. Tommy Luke Flower is my default florist in Portland. Anthony took care of my wedding and surpassed my expectations--that is a lot to say coming from someone extremely picky like myself. He is extremely passionate and knowledgeable. I can see that his direct way of communicating can be perceived as less friendly but he gives you great results. I am tired of people being "sweet and nice" but they can't deliver what I am asking, so I have a lot of respect for people like Anthony and his team who can listen to your ideas and surprise you with something greater. I have since used him for special occasion arrangements and all I tell him is what it is for and what my budget is. I am always pleased when I show up to pick them up.

The best shop in town!. I couldn't agree any less with the bad reviews. The owner is exceptionally creative and personable. Mr. Vuky and his staff did a remarkable job on my wedding, I was beyond words! I use Tommy Lukes for all my flower needs because of their innovative design and unbeatable quality. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
