Devine Designs Salon and Spa...EXCELLENT! The customer service displayed as soon as I walked in the salon made me feel welcomed and as if I was the only client in the house!!! After receiving haircuts where barbers took my line back to Mississippi, (LOL) it was a reprive to have a nice haircut with a crispy line-up!!! Thanks for giving me the flyest mohawk in the Northwwest Jade! Job well done to Devine Designs Salon and Spa!

This place is awesome! The staff there are very friendly, and my hair treatments turned out beautiful! I received a cut, highlights, and deep conditioning treatments. I got compliments all day/ night long, even from complete strangers! I look forward to returning for all my future hair care needs.

"Well Blended Clipper and Scissor. "Well Blended "Clipper" and "Scissor" (Barber) Haircut!"

I walked into Devine Designs Salon & Spa, Located in NE Portland, ("The Soul Of Portland" aka "The Soul District) in need of a "Clipper" and "Scissor" (Barber) haircut.

"Abel" Greeted" and "Introduced" himself to me and did a "Consultation" with me and then "Created" a 'Well Blended" 'Clipper" and "Scissor" (Barber) haircut! The haircut was followed by a "FANTASTIC" and "Very" relaxing shampoo and scalp massage.

"Abel"., "Recommended" product and "Finished" my new haircut using "Very" little styling product ("AMAZING!"), and "Invited" me back to Devine Designs Salon & Spa. I was absolutely pleased with the "Quality" of my haircare services received by "Abel". This is what I call "Professionalism", "Technical Skill", and "Ability!"

"Abel" is my "New Stylist"., and I "Highly Recommend" him to take care of your haircare needs!

"Abel" is only available on "Thursday's" 9AM - 7PM.

Devine Designs Salon & Spa has "SOUL"., and I mean "EXACTLY" that!

I am a Black woman who had my Relaxed hair shampooed, conditioned, blown-dry, and flat-ironed.,My friend had her Natural Afro serviced in the same manner at DEVINE DESIGNS SALON & SPA.

What were our results? "REALLY AMAZING"

"Abel" superbly shampooed, conditioned, blow-dried, flat-ironed, styled, and finished our hair and it had incredible "Body", "Bounce", and remarkable "Shine". All of this was delivered by "Abel" and he deserves all of the credit and then some for his technical skill and great work.

DEVINE DESIGNS SALON & SPA is located in NE Portland, Corner of MLK and FAILING ("THE PORTLAND SOUL DISTRICT" aka "THE SOUL OF PORTLAND"

This was our first visit to this salon and we found "Abel" and will continue to do and refer business to him so that other new clients can be recipients of his technical skill and "FANTASTIC" work.

"SOUL" is this salon and it presents a pleasant atmosphere where collective "SOUL" music is playing giving the salon a real welcoming and comfortable vibe.

We are only difficult when improper haircare service(s) are received at the "Wrong Salon" with The "Wrong Stylist"....but "NOT" this time! DDSS is your "Right Salon" with your "Right Stylist"

This Place ROCKS!!!. Like I said THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! Great Prices, Great Service, and they dont have you in there for hours waiting to get your hair done!! The map says they are on Fremont & MLK WRONG they Moved a year ago to MLK & FAILING Next to Cafe Briosso across from Rhythm Traders! Not Only do they do hair but TODAY on Livingsocialcom has an Hour Facial & Body Wrap for ONLY $80 Reg. Price $215!!! Just Bought it, and I can't wait to go back for my Service!!! This Salon is for EVERYONE =!!!

The place is very unprofessional and service was horrible!. I would completely agree with Mary. My friend and I went to this salon with a special about a year and a half ago and the owner Jade was very unprofessional. She was telling us how she fired her massage therapist for being unprofessional and how she almost kicked some "broad's" ass at a bar. My friend's haircut was done by her boyfriend/husband who I am not even sure has a license to cut hair since he did such a bad job. If you want a relaxing facial you might as well forget it as Jade is talking the whole entire time. We also had to go back in order to finish up our specials, and only after going back to get our facial, pedicure and manicure she tells us she can't do our manicure that day because of a family emergency that she had to leave for, yet while my friend is finishing up her facial she was on the phone gossiping with a friend for 30 minutes and was still there on the phone when we left. Let's just say we decided to skip out on going back for the manicure and just take the loss. Jade was so self absorbed and unprofessional that I would never go back to this salon or suggest it to anyone even if they were giving out free haircuts and other services.

Rude Employees - Horrible Service!!!. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! We were bullied, humiliated and verbally assaulted by the “stylist”. The owner and his staff were rude. It was clear that we were not welcome. My daughter's hair was singed. The service was HORRIBLE. My daughter left crying. We will never go back again.

Beauty Salons worth going to. Today I finally got a chance to check out Devine Design Salon and Spa...The salon is really modern and welcoming.....The owner Jade made me feel right at home...My manicurist Leta worked her majic on my hands.....The thing i really like about the shop is that theres something for everyone...Plus the fact that I like to support local beausinesses....Good lookin Out Devine Design
