Sad this location closed. This place rocked! I have boarded both of my Corgis there and I always felt like they were well taken care of when I would pick them up.

Mixed Review. Wow....I've used them several times because it is close to my home, very clean, and the staff is very friendly to my dog. They always know her when she comes in.

HOWEVER....They always forget that we are coming, they forget to groom her, they forget when she is coming home. I would bring her in and they wouldn't have anything written down. They didn't collect payment from me twice until I reminded them. I used their shuttle service several times. I would come home expecting my dog to be home waiting for me, and they have forgotten to bring her home. Or, she is home but she is not groomed as requested. If you question Sunday, the owner, she gets very defensive. I got to where I was calling ahead to make sure they are coming, then calling to make sure that she was groomed, and that she was coming home on time. It got old! I can find another friendly place to take my dog. Very sad because the potential is there, but the management and processes are not there.

Unbelievable. Unprofessional.. This place is very close to my house and even though my friends have complained about how incompetent their customer service people are, they haven't really complained about the actual service. So, I called and scheduled a lion cut for $32 as stated on their website. Nothing else. I get there and I'm told it will cost me $64. What? They said that is because they "recommend" (not demand) cats to be fully groomed (bathed and such) which is an additional $32. They said it is because of the "wear and tear" unclean cats put on the shaving blade. Okay, but you haven't even looked at my cat!? I let them know I wash my cat once a month and she is an indoor cat with no mats. I don't understand why they would need to wash my already clean unmatted cat so that they maintain good equipment? They said they'd look at my cat and decide if it needs a bath. Turns out just the cut is fine and they were done in 45minutes. Since I had a somewhat bumpy, but decent, 1st experience, I called later the same day and tried to book my other cat for just a cut. My second cat is just as well kept as the first one I brought in. The rude woman on the phone hardly let me speak and acted as if I was putting her out by calling. She said they do not do just lion cuts without the full grooming. I was surprised, because earlier today they did! And I told her that. She then proceeded to seek out who in the hell allowed this to happen while I was still on the phone and could hear her doing so. She then got back on the phone and stood her ground that they do not allow that. I told her they should really put that on their website and hung up due to lack of being professional and nonexistent customer service. It just seems like they are very disorganized and inconsistent (which was my friends' complaint in a nutshell).

I paid $35 last summer at Pet Set whom are very professional and much more organized friendly people. They didn't once try to sell or demand my cat be fully groomed and hide any fees. Groomers should cross that bridge when they get to it. At least look at the animal and see what the situation is before suggesting all of them are matted and filthy -and will ruin your equipment.

worst owner ever?. owner is manic, rude to employees. ineffective groomer. spend a few minutes googling this place for giggles, she is *OUT THERE* examples - fake positive reviews, wars with former employees and their mothers, blaming citysearch for bad reviews. whoa, weird.

Best prices and services. Girls where nice, smart and friendly. The building I'd beautiful not mention spotless. Smells like dog and it should. Everytime I have ever been there there are always slot if them and none of them are barking or stressed out. All I can hear is the girls constantly praisingbthe dogs for beingbgood. I will try out the cat room next visit.
