What Happened to this place...... Came to Emporio Bridal to get my daughters 2nd dress this year because we had such a great experience for homecoming last year, but the ladies that helped us then are gone. The new sales lady working didn't really help us much and when I asked to see Angela, she made a face and said she didn't work there anymore, and walked away. After she walked away we were left on our own with no service. We ended up buying a dress at Macy's instead. That's to bad

RUDE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!. I swear the people at this location are down right RUDE!!! I went into their store and come to find out they have two locations...Uhhhh, ADVERTISE! Ever heard of radio or TV ads or something... Once we found the store that was open, the girl "working" there was dumber then bricks....She had no idea what she was talking about, and when I asked her questions about a dress, she just stared at me and laughed. I don't understand why her behavior was so obnoxious. When trying on dresses, she told me that my daughter needed a bigger size and laughed when she left the fitting room! My daughter was nearly in tears! I was furious and we left. I came back to talk to the manager and found out from another sales lady that the girl who helped us was the new manager...To the owner of this company.....YOU really need to rethink the people you have working for you, I will never bring my daughter to this location again...Our experience was terrible, with poor customer service and a girl who does not know how to do her job!!!

Dream Dress. I went to all three of there portland locations and bought at Clackamas. They took my measurements before ordering my gown, and it fit wonderful when it arrived. Kudos to an amazing staff and alterations department!!!

By far the best in Portland. I LOVE Emporio Bridal, I was there twice last year as a bridesmaid and this year finally it was my turn to be a bride! I had so much fun choosing my dress and the girl helping me was really genuine and friendly and really helped me visualize my big day. The selection of dresses is by far the best in Portland and the prices were suprisingly reasonable (I think they price match too but I don't think it's necessary). I returned with all my six bridesmaids too, as much as I love my girls I know that they were a bit of a handful, but again the girl helping us was really patient and had plenty of great advice. I literally don't have one word to say against Emporio, all the staff were great and the place always had a good atmosphere, even when I knew they were super busy they still made me feel special! I fully recommend Emporio Bridal to any future bride...good luck!

They have two locations in the mall!. They have lots of dresses to choice from!! Prices are lower than other business in the area and offer instore alterations!!

Make sure you go to both locations in the mall

EXCELLENT STORE!. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT EMPORIO BRIDAL. ALL OF THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND MADE ME FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. THEY HAVE GOOD PRICES AND BEAUTIFUL DRESSES. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR ANY EVENT THAT A DRESS IS NEEDED FOR!!!!
