Excellent Family Law Attorney. I highly recommend Deanna Rusch to anyone needing any kind of assistance with family law. I came to Deanna with a case that I had been fighting for years. Not only did she help with finally getting the results I wanted, but she was an amazing attorney. Deanna is very knowledgeable and confident in everything she does. She gives straight forward advice and is also a great support. If Deanna ever felt that I was not feeling great about the case, she was right there with support to make me feel better. FAMILY LAW. Thank you for everything you, and Andy, and I'm confident others, have done for our family. It has been a long journey . . . not yet over I am confident, but the flood seems to be receeding. Even so, there is little doubt in my mind that we, and you if you aren't ready to throw all of us all over the cliff, will be back, pushing and shoving to protect the children, trying to get the children's father to do "the right thing." Hopefully sufficient time will pass such that the children will now be able to grow and develop to the point, without more trauma and/or negative life interruptions, that they will be able to decide for themselves when and where they may chose to allow their father back into their lives.

You and your firm were the right choice for our family. You've represented them most professionally and well, fought diligently on their behalf, and are most deserving of our heartfelt appreciation. T have demonstrated time and again that you really do know your stuff and listening to you, your advice, is the course that promises and in turn delivers the best possible outcome.

Perhaps we will all get some rest now, you certainly deserve some . . . until the next round, whenever that may be.

Sound Advice, Straight Talk and Perfect Performance. Deanna, is incredible! Anyone looking for advice that is true and accurate in the world of divorce should seek out her assistance. She told me from the get go what my outcome would be worst case scenario and best case. In reality, the best case came out. Thankfully due to her ability to defuse issues and knowledge of the true law. So many people think they know the law, when in reality they don't have a clue! Deanna knows her stuff, spend 10 minutes with her and you will realize this for yourself. Thank you Deanna, for making a seemingly impossible end come together smoothly and precisely as expected. You know I will be sending anyone that needs your services to you and will likely personally escort them to your office if necessary!

Excellent advocate for fathers. Stahancyk Kent and Hook came by recommendation, as I was looking for a strong father advocate during my divorce. Having interviewed numerous attorneys prior, it was obvious in my meeting with Deanna that she far and away was the best for the job.

Extremely confident and knowledgeable, I received sound advice and a very equitable settlement in my divorce. I would say Denna's understanding of the law is sound, even stronger perhaps is that she truly is an advocate for fathers. By setting expectations and not over promising ( or worse, under promising), Deanna earned my respect, eased stress and made the process much easier on myself and my family. I consider Deanna and her staff to be top performers in the field and would recommend them without hesitation.

Straight Talk for Tough Times. I was referred to Stahancyk, Kent and Hook by a family member who wanted to make sure I was watching out for my best interests during my divorce. In my initial interview, Deanna Rusch really listened to my concerns and quickly helped me understand the legal realities of my situation, prepare for the process ahead and move beyond emotion to solid strategies. I really appreciated her straight talk approach, her willingness to answer a ton of questions and her continued focus on the big picture, end-game. Deanna's sense of humor also really helped to lighten some pretty tense and scary times. I have already referred several friends people to Deanna and will continue to do so.

Fabulous From Start to Finish. Of course when you are seeking a lawyer and a law firm, generally it is not under great circumstances. Deanna and Andrew and Stahancyk, Kent & Hook could not have been better for what I needed. When I needed a list of what to do, they were there. When I needed a "it's going to be okay" speech, they were there. And, in the end, we got the results I needed. Professional and courteous all the way through. I cannot say thank you and recommend them enough. If there were more stars to give, I would give them.

Solid Advice and Help When I Most Needed It. I found Stahancyk, Kent & Hook through an Internet search - I called their office and they hooked me up with Deanna Rusch. I think the thing I appreciated most about Deanna was her desire to work for what was best for me. My case was ultimately settled out of court, through mediation, saving me a large amount of money. Deanna supported me through the whole process. She gave me clear, direct advice and promptly answered all my emails and calls. I'd recommend Deanna to any friend.
