I am so grateful to all of the instructors at Body and Brain Yoga. My life has changed in many different ways, some of which include: weight loss, flexibility, positive mood, more feelings of happiness, and a sense of peace within myself that I have never experienced before. I can honestly say that it has changed my confidence in myself in a matter of 2 months. Life feels different and so much better after attending yoga classes. I use to have anxiety and lots of sadness in my heart. As a result of yoga, I am experiencing a happier and healthier life. What a wonderful place for healing yourself and discovering a sense of peace from within. I am forever thankful to all of the instructors!…
Fun, Incredible Healing. This style of yoga is so amazing! It is a little bit different than the traditional Vinyasa,etc, but I feel so good after classes. We do everything from body, meridian tapping to stretching, to laying down meditation at the end of class (my favorite part) I'm still trying to figure out how I feel so good after classes, sometimes it doesn't seem like we do anything that hard, but I am getting stronger and more balanced, so it must be working! It's a really fun group and the instructors are really kind and caring. I'm so happy I found BnB Yoga!…
