Honest, Hardworking, and Excellent Work

That it is a small family owned business. They are personable, honest, and help you to understand what the options are for your plumbing needs without trying to sell you a bunch of stuff. They do excellent work are clean and left me with a good feeling that I would want them to serve my family and friends as well.

Clear Explanations, courteous service

I had a bad water heater and a leak in an upstairs bathroom that was staining the ceiling downstairs. Leo, from Meticulous, gave me a clear explanation of my choices regarding the water heater, including the befits and drawbacks of the various option. He installed a new tankless water heater in the attic of my two story townhouse and my overly-clean wife could not even tell someone had been there after he worked all day on the project. He is that neat. He located and stopped the leak. When a fawcet he worked on continued to leak, he was immediately back to make good on his work. I will call Meticulous for all my future plumbing needs.

Impressed! Finally!!

My water heater died last week, so I called Meticulous - liked the name. The person on the phone scheduled a time to come out the same day, then I received a call 30 min before the appointment to say they were on their way(THANK YOU). Leo gave me several options with clear explanations and prices. When the water heater was installed, he cleaned up any mess and went over what was done. I would and will definitely recommend them!
