The worst trimming job.. My beautiful cat never looked so awful after the haircut!!! Every time I look at my cat after Cats in the City shaved him, I cry. I asked for a trim which would leave my cat with at least 1 inch hair. Instead my cat received a lion cut which was 1/4 inch long. His coat has now the clipper marks most likely from the dull hair clippers. I will never use the same groomer again. If I could, I want to post the "before" and "after" picture. My advice to Cats in the City: if you cannot, for whatever reason, to perform the job right and as expected, just do not do it.

Great little cat place. I just love their crate free boarding arrangements. They are superior to any boarding I've used in the city. The grooming services are professional and they are very gentle with the cats.

Long Term boarding Options. I just got back from an 8 month long internship overseas. Cats in the city took my cats for all these months and did a very good job caring for them. I am so impressed with the owners. After writing them and calling them all these months I got to know them well. they both graduated college so they were super helpful with my being a student and costs. they gave me a great -- huge-- discount and my cats were in a home setting. they made my trip possible and I'm grateful. everyone should give them a try.

Warm and Cozy for my Cat. My cat has it better here than at home! this is such a great service and I'm glad I found it. the room my cat stayed in was warm and cozy, filled with furniture and toys, things to jump on and windows. lots of light. i felt great about it. i had my cats groomed too and they did a good job and pricing is reasonable.

Beautiful accommodations and CLEAN!. Ok, the house is BEAUTIFUL and I get jealous that Tanner, my Taby, gets to stay there and I dont. Its seriously a nice house and the cat rooms are always kept clean from what I can see. The rooms have beautiful windows that look out over the yard and both rooms Ive seen have these huge cat trees. Im glad these guys are in business. Piece of mind for me and Tanner when I have to leave town.

Lovely Boarding and Grooming, Professional and Affordable. I’ve used the grooming several times. I take my two cats in for a sanitary trim every month. Rachel is great with the cats. I have one that can be cranky and Rachel handles Boots gently. The cost is very affordable. Less than other places I’ve been too and the workers are way better.

The boarding service is darling. They use bedrooms for boarding so my cats had a bed, windows, and like 300sf. it was amazing what they do for the cats. if you care about your cat having it easy while you travel, this is the place then.

Amazing Service Grooming & Boarding. I’ve used both grooming service and boarding. I just love that they do what they do. I was in a pinch. I was having my floors resurfaced. At the last minute the contractors told me the cats couldn’t be in the house.

This was terrible because it was a four week remodeling project. Cats in the City, took in my cats at the last minute. The cats got to share a house-size bedroom together. The bedroom had a walk-in closet and Sliding Glass doors for lots of sunlight.

On the day my cats left, they groomed them, trimmed them, took out any little snags and knots. *side note: AND PUT ON SOFT PAWS. It was fantastic. This was my first time using those things. If you have a cat that claws at the furniture or door frame, this is an amazing solution. ***aside from that. The grooming was amazing and AFFORDABLE AS heck. I just couldn’t believe it. Rachel and Shawn are great to work with.

My cats were happy and well cared for the entire stay.

They let me come in every couple of days to visit and treated me like family. It is amazing a service like this exists.
