poor customer service. I tried to book a birthday party here for my 10-year-old daughter. I originally had a 3-week window of dates that would work well for us. After being told to call back every day over the course on an entire week, I finally received a call stating that they could not accommodate us at all. You would think if someone was willing to pay $300 for a birthday party you would get better customer service even if not able to accommodate.
