Amazing sanctuary in the city. The Salt Grotto is a spa, of sorts, where you can enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of natural salt (which ionizes the air). You know how if you go outside after a thunder-and-lightning storm, or if you're by the ocean, the air can feel invigorating and so refreshing? This charge in the air is from negative ions and that's what you get at the Salt Grotto. The ambience of the salt cave is great, and you can relax, read a book, play in the "sand" (which is really salt), etc. during your time in the cave. I think the place also offers massage and/or other spa services but I've never done any of those there. They do sell high-quality beauty care products too- I got a mud face mask there recently and love it.

Love it!. After one session in the Salt Grotto I felt relaxed yet energized. And it helped my allergies .

Salt Cave. This was a fantastic experience for my 12 yr old son who had respiratory and sinus issues. After 2 sessions at the Salt Grotto, he was feeling rejuvenated in energy and was able to breathe deeper without congestion.
