Kathryn is a delight.
Despite it taking me 25 minutes to get there, I am so excited to make the drive to visit Kathryn. Lucky me I get to see her every week.
She is a wonderful person, with exceptional skills. She herself has experienced a wonderful journey that led her to where she is today. She is balanced and secure and so easy to talk to.
She has great intuition when it comes to where my body needs work and she is helping me to deal with some chronic issues with bodywork and Hakomi, as well as Hakomi "Light".
I couldn't explain it all to you if I tried, so I won't bother. But, if you're interested at all Hakomi is something worth looking into that will change.your.life. And Kathryn is a special practitioner, I knew the moment I looked at her website that I must contact her and I am so glad that I did. She has so far made my life easier, lighter, brighter, richer, softer, buzzy, glowy, intense and more and more.
One last thing about Kathryn, she is very intense and enthusiastic and I think it might be rubbing off on me. :)

Meet your new massage therapist!. Kathryn is a very well-versed practitioner who has invested a lot of time and effort studying her craft. She is also a great listener! She has done an amazing job at discovering what exactly my body needs and helping me become aware of it. As a personal trainer, I value her knowledge of the body and the way it works, as she explains how each part of the massage is helping my muscular and nervous systems. On the other hand, she also knows when not to talk and to just let me relax.
