Clean and Dry Chips and Chunks for Smokers. We are enjoying the smoker chips we purchased at the Interstate Farmers Market. We purchased flavors of wood I had never thought to use in cooking and it is turning out great!! Great Smoke, Greet Barbecued Ribs. I picked up a couple of different types of wood, since I love to barbecue. I started with the Mulberry and Red Oak combination.
