A different kind of Mexican food.
We went here for lunch after recvng a $10 gift card from their website.
The food was very good. The carne asada was a tad dry but still very tasty. We had the taquito appetizers and they were really good. The thing we really liked was it was Mexican food that was really different. Granted...it wasn't 'authentic' but it was very tasty and we both took home some for later. The cost was affordable also. Even without the $10 gift card two lunches and an appetizer was only $23.
As far as cons go...I really wish they had a bigger selection to choose from.
Great Party Place. I attended a birthday yesterday and they took photos in a big sombrero and we had a great time. the margaritas were awesome and so was the guacamole
Nice fresh alternative. It looks like they have ironed out the wrinkles of being new. The food was fresh and the prices were reasonable. The staff appeared knowledgeable and the margarritas were awesome.
So, So, wouldn't return.
Spent a quick dinner here before going to a movie. Ordered the Quesadilla and two drinks. We added on Shrimp & Veggis and thought that should be good for two people for dinner.
When it was served we couldn't believe how small it was. This was not happy hour. If we didn't add on the shrimp & veggies there would have been nothing to it. $7 to start and then $2 more for each add on. And it was little.
The drinks were so, so. Nothing to remember.
I am seeing pattern lately when we eat out. Restaurants are cutting back and we want everything we can get for our money. Sometimes it's not worth eating out anymore. We see a lot of budget cuts in the food.
Disappointing.
We had a table of six. Four to five of us thought that the food was "just ok." I had Carne Asada Grill. Not bad but was pretty expensive for what it was. Portions a bit small. My husband had the variety fish dish. All of it was overcooked.
Another at our table had a quesadilla that she said was dry and uncreative. Yet another described enchiladas as pretty bland.
Service was good. The waitstaff was really trying to please.
