BAD Customer Service!!!.
We were notified by PERM Group that a fire alarm testing was going to happen between 9 and noon at our condo building. We had three options:
1. Someone will be home to let them in.
2. They had permission to enter using a key they had.

Beware!.
We'll start with the good:
-Great maintenence team.
-Decent Cleaning
-Nice/polite staff at the lower levels
Now to the bad:
-High employee turnaround
-Upper Management will wow you with facts and promises to win the contract, but will then underperform.They are generally "slimy" and might try to sell you a car while they are at it.
-Poor turnaround time
-Financials are the worst I've ever seen
-Managers are overworked, unable to provide detailed service.
-Upper management involvement or oversight minimal
-Hit or miss concierge quality
-Constanly pushes other services (obviously to make a buck themselves)
-Underpaid employees (spoke to one who hadnt received a raise in 4 years, yet the management contract went up thousands each year)
-Company seems more involved with appearance than quality
In turn, we pay them to perform certain management tasks and they are not done at a satisfactory level. You may be better off with another company or self managing.…
