If I could I would give no stars..
If I could I would give no stars. Horribly uninformed and pushy staff. I didn't go in there once where they didn't try to pressure me to buy some lotion or some other overly priced product. When my wife tried to cancel our memberships (because she is pregnant and we hadn't used it in 2 months) the staff tried three different times to convince her it was a good idea to tan while pregnant. My wife finally had to tell the person that the suggestion makes her uncomfortable and please stop asking.
The reason why these guys get high rating is that they give store credits if you go on and give them a good rating.

The staff here was really helpful, Michael helped me set up a plan that worked for my budget. There was no enrollment fee which is nice, and their base bed is about $22 a month, way better than the $60 I was spending at my last salon! Their upgrades (like if you have a basic plan and want to use one of their nicer beds just once) are kind of pricey, which is why I took a star off. Other than that it was super clean and nice! Well worth the great price. #71905

MY first time at Sunsup Tanning everyone made me feel welcome and confortable. I would recommend this to friends and family in a heart beat. The price is awesome, and the beds are newer. Great place. #71292

Went to the location in Vancouver. So far so good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay with them for awhile!!

Satisfied Customer. I have been a customer for a couple of years now. I've used about half of the locations without ever having any type of serious problem or incident. Signed my girlfriend up as well and she has been going regularly and really likes the place. I do agree that the on site tanning lotions are expensive but like anything you have to expect to pay extra for convenience. I've interacted with about 20 employees over the years and have never had any type of negative interaction. The workers here are typically genuinely friendly and easy to get along with. Frankly, if you have any type of serious problem getting your tanning needs taken care of here your likely some kind of kook or nut job. This is just too easy of a process and too nice of a place to have any type of unpleasant time!
