Simply Amazing!!. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel totally comfortable and stress free Urban Waxx is definitely the place. They are so professional and nice. They put you at ease the second you walk in the door. They keep you talking the entire time throughout your wax and before you know it your done. Carly is such a sweetheart and does amazing work. I got exactly what I wanted and for a great price. You have to try this place!!!

Uban Waxx Rocks!!!. OMG, I cannot say how comfortable and how professional everyone at Urban Waxx was. From the second I walked in the door, I was offered a glass of red or white wine and there were a number of current magazines to look through until my appointment time started. Erin was so professional!!! She was absolutely awesome and I recommend her to anyone wanting a full Brazilian without feeling embarassed in the least. I'm 45, at least 150lbs overweight, and she made me feel like a beautiful woman from start to end. My ***** is silky smooth and exactly what I wanted. Thank you Erin, I will be back in 5 weeks for a follow up!!!

The best. I have been here every month since it opened. This place rocks. The staff is so nice and friendly, and the ambiance of the salon is really modern and nice. It's always so clean and the wax is, like they say, the BEST! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Pretty great, not sure the best. Satisfied enough to keep going back. Location and customer service is key. But not sure they are using the highest quality products, as I seem to break out after treatments, when I don't with other places.

I heart Urban Waxx!!!. I have been a LOYAL client of Urban Waxx for 3 years in their downtown location. I fought the traffic for every appointment and I never even cared because they are just that good. BUT when I found out that they were opening just 5 minutes from my house, I almost fainted. And guess what? The second location is just as amazing! Same cool environment, same super friendly staff, same zippy fast Brazilian, and same wine! :)I really, really love my time there...is that weird?
