It's been three weeks since the first procedure, and two weeks since the second and I couldn't be happier. I LOVE my new body! I have been pregnant and given birth nine times, (yes I've always wanted a large family!). I've always said that after the last baby, it was my remodeling time. I didn't ever consider lipo, but was at the gym on the eliptical, sweating and watching music videos when the Sono Bello advertisement came on. I went in and was sold on it and decided to have my stomach, hips, bra roll, and fat pad on my upper back taken out (I swear I looked like a hunchback before the procedure). I had been dieting on 1200 calories a day forever in between pregnacies (well, besides the occasional Saturday date nights with my husband). I was 204.5 pounds the day I went in for lipo on my stomach and hips. Three weeks later I am 196 pounds (still doing 1200 calories a day). They took off about twelve pounds of fat (4.5 liters off my hips and belly, 1.5 off bra rolls and upper neck/back), though with the water retention I don't weigh twelve pounds less yet. The amazing thing, it looks like I lost 40 pounds just days after the procedure. My shape has completely changed. I was an apple shape, with SO much belly fat and hip fat that people always were asking me when my baby was due, and they wouldn't believe when I said I wasn't pregnant. I had my response down pat, "oh, I'm not pregnant. This is just residue from the nine babies that I had." Now, I have a waist, no fat rolls on my hips, and my stomach is so much smaller, and shrinking more each day. I came home two weeks later, was able to throw out size 20 and 22 from my closet, and bring out the 18 and 16. I feel so confident and happy, and am working towards fitting in the size 10 jeans in my basement (the ones I wore 23 years ago). About the procedure: I was a bit nervous, but the nurses were sweet and confident. Dr. Angeles was amazing. His bedside manner is great and he is very skilled. He made me feel very comfortable. I did not feel judged by how large my body was by anyone who helped. The surgery did hurt at times, but not much more than a deep teeth cleaning at the dentist (I think those hurt). I have had nine children without painkillers...I did feel the need for pain killers for five days after each procedure (I went in twice), and the stomach and hips hurt A LOT for the first two weeks. The second procedure was a much easier recovery, as less was taken out and maybe because it was in a different area. I couldn't imagine going to work two days after the surgery. No way. It was the first time in my life I've ever taken drugs, but they were my dear friends for the first week after surgery. I don't regret for second going to Sono Bello, and I AM REALLY HAPPY! The post surgery follow up with Dr. Angeles was great. He called me personally to check in on me, and was very kind. Anyway, THANK YOU, Sono Bello for my new figure. I look at my reflection without feeling ashamed and trapped in my body (oh, I know size 16 isn't so small, but I have a waist, and a figure now, instead of big fat blobs on my sides and front). I'm sure as the weeks pass I'll be happier and happier as my new shape emerges.…

What an amazing experience. I cant say. What an amazing experience. I cant say anything bad about my procedure or the staff. Shab and Dr. Sharma were spectacular, with a great sense of humor esp dealing with me before and after (I like to laugh).

Love the fact I am starting to look like the woman I have always wanted to look like , with more and more confidence everyday as its only been 3 weeks since my procedure.

Anyone contemplating having this done...I say GO for it!…

For so many years I was unhappy with my upper arms. They made me feel big all over and I was told by two plastic surgery centers that liposuction would not make much of a difference and to try toning them or losing a little weight.

I visited Sono Bello and met with Shab and at that point, I knew I came to the right place! She was so knowledgable and made me feel so comfortable. I then met with Dr. Sharma who took a look at my arms and said, "no problem, I can help you". I almost started crying, I was so happy.

My procedure was done with absolutely no pain and only a few days of fluid drainage to deal with. I was back to work in 3 days and finally my arms look proportionate with the rest of my body! Dr. Sharma did such an outstanding job! The next weekend, I went out and bought tank tops for the first time in about 4 years!
