Adorable little hipsterhotspot with
good pot pies, friendly service, and a little stage.I've been in cleaner places in my life, but that's not the point. It's haightashburyhipsterheaven and I like it. Very nice outdoor seating in garden.

The Waypost.
This homey Elliot coffeehouse draws neighborhood folk for breakfast, lunch and happy hour. Patrons choose from a dozen sandwiches on Dave’s Killer bread, homemade vegan soup, and giant vegan cookies by Monkeywrench. After ordering and chatting, often at length, with the barista, late 20- and 30-somethings gather on thrift stores chairs in the sunny front parlor or the large main room for work meetings, to catch up on their reading or just enjoy a cup of Stumptown. The community-focused cafe regularly hosts live music, themed discussions, garden work parties, and Saturday morning cartoon sessions.
