Pop-Up Shoppe. Pop-up Shoppe brings some vintage funk to NW 23rd--the boutique strip was long overdue for a shop like this. You can find a collection of high-end vintage and some wares by new local designers in the small upstairs, while a hunt-for-your-treasures smorgasbord fills the basement. It's run by fashionable, gorgeous folk who will lead and inspire you on your journey to find men’s and women’s clothes, hats, shoes, vintage and designer jewelry, and knick-knacks at mid-range prices.
