Swiss-Hawaiian food? Sure, why not. It's amazing! You might not think it at first menu glance, but dishes are surprisingly light and the salads are aces. I dream about the rösti--Swiss-style hash browns sauteed with bacon & onions (get the optional egg on top). And the Wurst Salat walks a divine line between plant and meat-eating. Get a bottle of the famous Martin's Swiss Dressing to go!
