Had the best experience at Skin City with Joe. Everything was comfortable, clean, just perfect. My new piece I just got is my favorite from the line work to the shading the detail. I wouldn't have ever recommended an artist from experience UNTIL Joe!!!!!

I've known Joe since I was a baby I am now 14.. When it comes to piercings I only go to his shop. Their gentle and nice. I've gotten my ears pierced, and belly done their. I am going to go get my nose done their also. Their a great place to go to.

I love Skin City! Joe is an awesome artist and everyone I have met are very friendly. I just got a tattoo and am already scheduled for my next one :) My daughter and her husband referred me to Joe because they think he is awesome as well!!

This is the second time I've been to Skin City and the second tattoo artist that has worked on me. Both have designed the tattoo for me and both experiences were great. The artists are professional and friendly and the prices were much better than I expected going in. I love the tattoos I've gotten at Skin City! Joe did my tattoo yesterday.

Great Service. I had Joe do my tattoo. It was my first one and he was very pleasant. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is extremely friendly.

Joe even did a free touch up for me, I made an appointment for it to be fixed in February but he called me as soon as he had time to help me out.

I will definitely be coming back and suggesting them to all of my friends. My best friend regrets not getting her tattoo from here!

Best shop in the area, hands down. Wow that last girl is sure a hater, and could not be more off base. Joe and his staff are all as professional as could be, and really into making their customers happy. I've been going to Joe for at least 6-7 years now, and could not be happier with his work, most of which is free hand. He offers free touchups, and his prices are very reasonable.

Will and Ken are also really talented artists. Will did a beautiful lotus flower tattoo on my girlfriend that we both love. Joe has also tattooed my girlfriend, and we both trust him, and his shop implicitly. It is a clean, welcoming environment, and I have been to a lot of shops in the Portland area over the years where the staff and the artists treated you like they were doing you a favor by allowing you to be in their presence. Skin City Tattoo has a lifetime customer in me.

DONT GO HERE!!. Let me tell you all I have been to a lot of tattoo places.. The staff and people here are RUDE! I can not believe the high prices too! Wow who do they think they are in the time and day thinking I would give them a dime for there rude service! ! And then there is the owner! What a prick! Cancelling appointments on people like he is god! Maybe if his art was good I could understand!
