I've been there three times now; each time a more dreadful experience than the last. Too bad the taco cart has an evil jerk working there. It's pretty friggin' dirty too. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Great mix of carts, super great for late eats!.
My biggest problem at Cartopia is deciding what to eat! Poutine from Potato Champion, shrimp po'boy from Bubba Bernies, Pizza from Pyro's, and burritos from El Brasero are all contenders for the main course. Pies from Whiffies, and crepes from Perierra compete for desert selection.
Or I might just start at Whiffie's and get the BBQ or pulled pork pie and then a turtle or mixed berry pie!
I miss Yarp. Their 'build your own dinner' and burger specials were truly Portland's best.
