One of the Worst Places I've Been To. After several years, with my nail person, it was time to move on. I had been by this place many times and finally decided to give them a try. The first thing that happened is they snapped one of my nails in half, as they did not understand what I wanted. It was stated many times, how I wanted my nails shaped. The end result were big, hanging down corners and rectangles. I wanted them pointed. When I got home, I had to file them, myself, to get the corners off. Before I'd left the owner asked if I'd give them one more chance. A month or two later, I did. This time the owner did mine, which was basically a fill and polish. She kept getting up, to take money for other people. On top of that, a customer came in, asking for a refund. Nichole stopped again, to deal with her. She kept telling the young woman (who complained that her french manicure was splitting after two days and had ruined cuticles), that she was not responsible for her hormones. No, I am not kidding. Nichole even asked me if I wanted to look, for myself, at the woman's nails. After all that, I had been there for an hour and a half and had my nails filed at odd angles, with a lousy polish job. She was still fuming over the other woman, the rest of the time I was there. Then she pleasantly asked for my money. I never got an apology and never received the 20% discount, for being a new customer. I will NEVER go back there, again, or recommend them to anyone.

Just the right place. After going to many different nail salons and being turned down by them for having to small of nails and too thin of nails I came to Rainbow Nails. I was surprised with how kind and sweet Nichole was to me and told me that she could do the. Nichole was great at being careful with my nails and very understanding. She listened to my concerns and helped me to save my nails and did a great job on them. They are very flexible and I didn't even have to make an appointment the first time that I went in.

The whole staff is very sweet and caring to what the customer wants. I haven't been to a nail place more caring and devote to the customer than Rainbow Nails and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Great Job Rainbow Nails.

Just what I was looking for. After my nails were ruined by another salon, I found Rainbow Nails. Nicole is very professional and after 3 trips I have my pretty nails back !!!

The ambience is wonderful ! Soothing music, attentive staff and great attention to detail.

I have always felt welcomed - even the first time when I walked in with no appointment and I never feel as though I'm being rushed out the door.

Have recommended this salon to all my co-workers!!

What I asked for..... I'm pretty specific about what I want when I get my nails done. I came to Rainbow Nails after another salon failed me. Nicole has been excellent at hearing what I've asked for. I do alot of activities that hurt me if my nails are too long. She's been great at getting a length I can garden and sew with!

I'm a professional who can't wear showy nail colors, and even a french manicure draws too much attention for me. We've found a happy medium with Solar nails that look natural but stand up to the wear and tear. I love the Solar nails she suggested!

I appreciate her willingness to do it "my way", even if it makes no sense compared to what most people want.

I look forward to my appointments with Nicole. The shop is immaculate. She's on time. The shop is relaxing with pleasant music. Coffee or tea are a bonus! Her staff never spend time chatting on their phones while they are taking care of you.

My eyebrows look great after a waxing too!!

Not my kinda place. I was looking for a new nail salon after waiting way too long for a time certain appointment at my last salon. After reading the good reviews of rainbow nails, I gave them a try. During my first appointment, the manager got into an argument with the tech assigned to me. After an angry exchange in Vietnamese, the fight switched to English and the manager involved me and her own customer. My tech was so upset that I was actually surprised at the great nails I walked out with. Thinking the fight might be an aberration, I went back two weeks later for a fill and a pedicure. The shop was behind so after a longish wait, the manager did my pedicure. A week later my pedicure looked like heck. Chipped polish everywhere. I thought at the time that she had polished very quickly. Turns out I got one coat of polish and no top coat. My manicure was still great but I won't go back. Maybe regular customers get good service but the manager has driven me away.

Fantastic service! I've been going to Rainbow Nails since they opened for business. As a diabetic it's important that I get regular pedicures. Rainbow Nails has always given me personalized, excellent service. I would highly recommend them to men & women alike.

Along that line I was so satisfied with their service I gave 4 senior friends of mine deluxe pedicures from Rainbow Nails as Christmas presents. None had ever had a pedicure and the reports after their first with Rainbow Nails was very satisfying.

Greatest pedicure in town. I highly recommend Rainbow Nails salon. Nicole has been caring for my feet for over five years. She not only works to give me a perfect pedicure, but also indulges me with a complete spa experience including washing my feet with essential oils, massaging my legs with hot wax and wrapping them in hot towels. The treatmjent is concluded with a wonderful hot stone massage and you leave feeling like you have been treated to a very expensive spa treament. The amazing thing is her prices are very reasonable. Nicole not only treats each customer with the same care and concern, she keeps the salon immaculately clean and with attractive and restful surroundings for your complete relaxation. You can rest assured that your care will be the very best for your health and beauty. You will be glad you treated yourself to this special experience.

Best Service. After walking into Rainbow Nails for the second time, I could tell a transformation had taken place! It was inviting and the staff was there to pamper you...unlike my first visit with different owners.

My main reason for going to the nail salon was for a manicure and thats when I discovered the Shellac manicure...I'M HOOKED! I love the fact that it lasts for more than 3 weeks and still looks great! I cant wait to see what colors come out next.

Nicole and I have great conversations! I can tell she has pride in her business and enjoys taking care of her clients.

I'm now a lifetime customer!

And I cant wait to try their pedi!!

LOVE Rainbow Nails. Rainbow Nails has a new owner. And she is the most patient, honest and passionate nail care technician I have ever met. The new owner, Nicole, is wonderful! She truly believes in "customer first". She goes out of her way to make clients feel comfortable and truly listens to what you want as the customer. I have had bad experiences with nail salons in the past where the technician does whatever they want on my nails and I don't complain eventhough I was sure to tell what I wanted from the get go. But they just seem to do everyone's nails the same. However, Nicole actually listened to what I wanted (short enough to type and round enough to not scratch my kid) and she did fantastic. I am hard on my nails and she doesn't charge for fixing them...just the standard $20 fill for solar nails which is amazingly cheap! It is truly quality work done by a woman who is passionate about her job and pleasing her customers. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in a 20 mile radius to go to Rainbow Nails (near PetSmart) on 185th in Beaverton.

Fantastic results for a low price!. Rainbow Nails is absolutely amazing! Their pedicures are very relaxing and even include a parfin dip for way cheap! After experiencing getting my nails done at Rainbow Nails, I won't go anywhere else. The owners are very personalble and the environment is very inviting!
