Asian and "Asian-fusion" restaurants abound in the Rose City culinary scene, but Frank's takes it all back to basics. Noodles are tossed with the only sauce available: house special sauce. Korean BBQ and Fried Rice exist on the menu but these items are eclipsed by the handmade, chewy noodles rolled and pulled right in the back of the kitchen Go for lunch and enjoy free soup, Kimchi and Daikon.

Don't forget the old noodle house on Broadway. The handmade noodles with beef are a solid choice. Come to think of it...you really can't go wrong.
